Nice apartment, dodgy location.

We arrived earlier than permitted but we had made the owner aware of this and that we were travelling with 3 young kids. Owner was helpful and arranged for someone to meet us earlier, but the person she arranged was clearly very cranky about the situation. While the apartment itself is pretty great, the location is not very desirable and I would suggest there are many other areas that would be better for families than this area. Also, the sofa bed was the worst experience of our lives. My husband was almost squashed inside it as it nearly collapsed on him and it is probably the worst night's sleep ever. It really needs replacing.

we are sorry to read what you write the truth is that you wanted to come early in the morning but check in is written at 3 pm despite this we received you much earlier. we gave you all the necessary info and helped you with the three children. the house is located in the central area and has the subway attached to the house where you can reach any place in Milan in a short time. regarding the sofa you are the only person who complains no one has ever said anything, your husband could sleep in the double bed if he was demanding. I advise you with three children to think carefully before moving instead of giving responsibility to others. we have done our best and your review is not true. anyway thanks for the reservation.

Washer Broken

Me and my kids are traveling across Europe for two months. I rented places with washers so we didn't have to bring a ton of clothes. This place advertised a washer which is one of the main reasons I rented it. When I arrived, he was nice to show us around and it was a beautiful place. But he did tell me the washer was broken and leaked water all over the floor. I was not notified prior to this. So, we had to go to a laundry mat and pay extra to get our clothes washed. Other than that, it was a beautiful location, with very comfortable beds. Communication was a bit difficult but that is partly on me because I do not speak Italian. He did charge a extra fee that I did not see on the VRBO ad, it was 28 euro. Huge terrace with large kitchen, dining room and upstairs. 2 bathrooms which was a bonus. Safe area and only minutes from Metro another bonus. Grocery store very close and many restaurants close by. Overall if washer was working would stay here again.
