'The Blue Pearl' is the perfect get-a-way condo to relax or celebrate your special occasion! Put some Oomph in your life! Everything is provided. You think of it...it's provided. Look for Sally's Blue Pearl Lake Hamilton Condo on FB @Sallys Blue Pearl Lake Hamilton vacation rental. Six people are welcome to stay in the condo. Dining table has comfortable seating for 6. Stoneridge has all of the amenities you expect plus the convenient location you will appreciate.
This is a 1,750 sq. ft. condo....it feels like a home. And I believe when it comes to square feet in a residence, size does matter. The condo is beautiful and has a comfortable upbeat feeling. It's perfect for up to six people on vacation together.

Hot Springs is one of the best destinations for fun, relaxation and excursions. Downtown is renowned for its eclectic shops and bountiful history. Or enjoy the outdoors when you bring or rent a boat for a fun time on the lake as a boat stall comes with the unit at no extra charge. You can even view the summer holiday fireworks from the condo’s comfortable, large deck.
Many of the lake’s restaurants are within one mile. Or enjoy the unit’s gourmet kitchen which has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a Keurig coffee maker.

This condo is loaded! New Amazon Echo Show in the living room. Best way to stream music, ever. Stoneridge Condominiums has a security gate and the front door has a keyless entry system. Each guest is assigned their own door code. No keys to worry about.
This luxury condo and it is meant for guests who want to enjoy their accommodations as well as the lake and city. Stoneridge has all the amenities: pool with hot tub, sauna and shower in both the ladies and mens bath by clubhouse. Grill pit by clubhouse and there's an electric grill on the condo's main balcony. Play and relax or work if you must. Look no further, Stoneridge #305 (Sally's Blue Pearl on Lake Hamilton has it all). Great views from beautiful surroundings. Enjoy and always...make yourselves at home. Stoneridge is a quiet, mature complex...not a loud party place!

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

When departing....Be sure to push the EUFY WIFI lock pad. Just push the check mark in lower right corner and hold until the door locks.
Remember to set temps to 72 degrees in summer and 70 degrees in winter when leaving. I can always adjust temp with the remote WIFI Thermostat.
If you have toddlers or teens, please let me know so I can adjust. No loud music at any time. Please be mindful of neighbors.

An amazing place the condo was very clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfy. It’ had everything you need to cook. A great view for the fireworks was very beautiful view of the lake. I chose Stoneridge Condominium complex back in 2004 because of the superior floor plan and the perfect location. No condo box here. It has the feel of a private house. Long Island IS an island right in the middle of Lake Hamilton's Main Channel area. Stoneridge has grounds and amenities that no other condos offer. I take care of all aspects of this vacation rental and totally enjoy dealing with each and every one of my guests. When you rent my condo, you are my welcome guest. And, please keep in mind that this is not a party condo. It's meant for mature, discerning adults who like to appreciate their surroundings.
If you like to go for fun hikes/walks....North mountain/Tower mountain here is loaded with trails. It's one of my favorite places! The Greenway is also a great place to be along with 'Bark Park' for Hugo.

Why they chose this property

Originally purchased for my residence, I was lucky to find this one level unit with NO stairs to or in the unit. This condo has been totally renovated and has just the 'feel' that I wanted for it. It's the best place, Rain or shine! In fact, if it does rain during your vacation, you'll be glad your here and not somewhere else! It's such a cozy place to just hang in and let the weather take its course. The fireplace adds to the wonderful ambiance of this condo in the winter months. The condo is loaded with artwork from local downtown galleries. Mosaic Madness and Crystal Springs Gallery are two of my personal favorites. I highly recommend checking them ALL out! Artists around here are definitely stepping up their game. I love it when guests say 'I feel so at home here!'

What makes this property unique

The minute you step into this place, it has an upbeat, cheerful feel. Lots of color, gallery artwork and loaded with interesting items. You will feel 'like you're in a friends home'. The unique floor plan makes it much more like a house than a condo. Nothing boxy about Stoneridge. The views from the living/dining/kitchen area are wonderful as well as the views from the Master bedroom. This is truly the best of Lake Hamilton. My condo is meant to be enjoyed during your stay. Thank you.
