Situated just steps away from Abersoch's award-winning beach, Penmorfa is a magnificent holiday home that ticks all the right boxes when it comes to location. Abersoch has been a Staycation favourite for many years. With its mild climate, stunning scenery, abundance of water sports and incredible bars, restaurants and shops, this resort has something for everyone.

Dogs are part of your family and we don't see why you should have to leave them behind when you go on holiday. We welcome two well behaved dogs for the duration of your stay. There are many dog friendly beaches in Abersoch.

The house itself sleeps eight, including a bunk room and offers flexible accommodation, making it ideal for travels with family and friends. With a fully integrated kitchen, dining room and absolutely breathtaking roof terrace, the house is perfect for entertaining the people you love, al fresco living and enjoying the sea air, which Abersoch has in abundance!

THE LAYOUT
Ground floor accommodation:
Inner hallway.
Kitchen/Dining/Sitting Area: This space works perfectly for groups, providing a convenient layout that allows you to be sociable and cook at the same time. There’s plenty of room to move about in, plus ample worktop space. You’ll find everything you need to make your catering as convenient and pleasurable as possible during your stay. The sitting area, with comfy sofas and chairs, has an open fire, a large wide screen TV and full length sliding doors to take in the view. The dining area, comfortably seating eight has natural sunlight streaming through a skylight window. Slide the doors open and invite the outdoors in and spill out onto the terrace with outdoor dining table and Weber gas barbecue.
Bedroom 1: Twin bedroom with two 3' beds and a door onto the terrace.
Adjacent family bathroom with bath and shower over, skylight and TV.
Master Bedroom: With 5' king size bed, TV, built in cupboards and French doors onto the terrace. En suite shower room with large walk in shower.
Bedroom 3: Twin bedroom with two 3' beds, TV and door onto the terrace. En suite shower room with walk in shower and sky light.
Bedroom 4: With a bunk bed, skylight and TV. Shares the family bathroom.

OUTSIDE
Penmorfa has three outdoor areas where you can enjoy the sea air. The terrace with dining table and chairs seating eight, a Weber gas barbecue and a chiminea. Steps down to a large lawned area. Spiral staircase to the roof terrace with chairs and breathtaking views of the coast and countryside.

Care must be taken on the external spiral staircase to the roof terrace
Children must be supervised in the garden as there is a steep drop at the far end of the lawn
You need to bring your own swimming/beach towels.

Best location for beach & sea activities

This house is just a short walk to the beach access slipway for boat launching. The house has top facilities especially a huge Sonos sound system - even had a screen etc over the bath!

Excellent location, within walking distance of both beach and town. Beautifully landscaped property. Clean, but room for improvement. Cobwebs everywhere. Lots of plates and glasses, but only 7 mugs, most of which were either badly chipped or cracked. Bbq was filthy, apparently hadn’t been cleaned in a long while. A manual explaining how to use the Aga stove would have been helpful. And our inability to control the heat temp locally (it was controlled remotely by the property manager) led to us being too hot on some days, and too cold on others. Many lights had burned out lightbulbs, or simply didn’t work. And the skylight near the ensuite bathrooms leaked during heavy rain. All of these issues would be very easy to correct and, once done, this would be an excellent rental property.
