Offering unrivalled views across Javea out to sea, with a fabulous large private pool and a spectacular, spacious pool terrace, the villa makes for a perfect holiday home. This 5 bedroom villa is merely a short walk from the beautiful old town of Javea, and a few restaurants, cafes and the supermarket. The beaches of Arenal and La Grava are only 5 minutes' drive away where you will also find a great choice of shops, bars and restaurants. Included is WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms.
Villa Cau is set on the road leading over the mountain from Javea to Denia, giving an elevated view over the old town of Javea and the sea beyond. With the villa being close to the Javea Old Town and Arenal Beach, as well its array of restaurants, bars and shops it's easy to see why this villa is an ideal choice if you are looking for that all important getaway within a short drive to the amenities. Please use your discretion if walking down the street to the town centre, as it is narrow, winding, and down the hill without a pedestrian pathway.
