‘Villa Dali' is a comfortable villa (built in 2008) located in the beautiful coastal town of Moraira.

Fully fenced, space for 2 cars. In a quiet, sunny position.
100% privacy, no view.
Total area of the domain 800m2


Sea and pebble beach at 600 m, sandy beach at 1200 m, supermarket 100 m. The lively center of Moraira at 2 km, golf course at 2 km.

Living / dining room with open fireplace, satellite TV with Crome Cast and
 DVD player, air conditioning. Wifi.
An open kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, etc ...
Exit to swimming pool via patio doors.
2 bedrooms with double bed (1m60) with fan.
Separate bathroom and separate toilet

Upper floor:
2 large bedrooms with balconies and beautiful sea view, double bed (1m80) .Airco.
Possibility to place a child's bed.
1 annex bathroom and 1 separate bathroom with bathtub.

Outside:
Large, partly covered terrace.
Sitting area in the garden.
BBQ, electric plancha, fridge
Swimming pool (8op4m) WITH POOL ALARM, sun loungers.
Outdoor shower.
Washing machine and dryer in laundry room.

2nd exit (gate gives exit on another street)

Especially suitable for children.
For the little ones there is a cot, a high chair and a bouncer.

Board games as well as toys for the swimming pool are at your disposal.
However it can happen that toy for the swimming pool isn't there anymore ( unfortunately they don't have a long life :( ..
You can buy toys for swimming pool in many stores and in the house you can find an inflation pump.

Pets not allowed.
No smoking indoors.

Fabulous villa with excellent facilities

Wonderful Stay

We had a fabulous time at the villa. It is very well situated for walking to local restaurants. We enjoyed being by the pool and the house was very clean. Sabien was very happy to answer any queries and always responded quickly.

Lovely location . Great for a family break

Really enjoyed our stay in this villa. Great location, walking distance to main town and beaches. Well equipped villa with a nice pool and lovely comfortable seating area outside .Sabien was quick to respond to any query. It would be good to have more effective child stair gates and for microwave to be properly secured. Cleaning fee of Euros 160 is excessive.

Hi Theresa, Thanks for your nice review. I have found a solution for the microwave wich is now properly secured. I am still having a look at the child stair gates but am definitely taking your feedback into account. In regards to the cleaning fee, it is really important to me that the villa is clean even though this might result in higher cleaning costs. Kind regards, Sabien

As a family of 7 with 2 young children Villa Dali was ideal for us. It had everything we needed. The location was perfect for local bars, restaurants and supermarkets and only a short walk into Moraira town. Would like to thank the owner for responding to any queries we had before and during our holiday with a quick and friendly response. Would love to return. Would highly recommend this Villa.

High spec villa with lots of space and equipment for a fantastic stay.

This villa is so well equipped for a large family/2 families staying. A very well equipped kitchen, lots of quality seating areas too. The air con worked really well which was very needed in the August heat. A 15 minute walk to a vast array of shops, bars and restaurants. Walking into Moraira took about 25 minutes along the beautiful coast road. The owner and property managers were extremely helpful. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

What a villa !

The villa is beautiful, had sea views from the balconies and you can walk to lots of local restaurants and bars. The walk into moraira is only twenty minutes and coastal. The stairs are very dangerous for children but the stair gates are ideal. All in all such a lovely stay in a stunning villa which has excellent outside areas. Thanks so much. We hope to stay again soon.

Fabulous gem of a property

Fantastic booking and communications from start to finish. Sabian was always on hand to answer any queries and was very responsive once we were there with a couple of questions that we had. The property is great. Our group consisted of 3 couples although one couple only stayed for 4 days as part of their plans. The two upstairs bedrooms are fantastic with great views from the balconies and some very welcome air conditioning . The downstairs bedrooms are functional and don't have aircon but the provided fans did help . Cannot fault the cleanliness of the property and it has everything that we needed. Wifi is great and worked perfectly . The pool area is a great place to relax and, with 30 degree heat, the pool was a brilliant temperature all through the day. There is also a shaded area with pergola near the bbq which isn't on the pictures but is a very welcome area to sit in the shade during the day and evening. Location is also perfect with everything you need within a short walk. Fantastic bars and resteraunts, shops and supermarkets are a ten minute stroll away. We'd definitely go back to that area and to that property. A great time had by all

Tolles Haus und tolle Lage

Wir waren mit dem Haus, der Ausstattung und der Lage vollkommen zufrieden. Gerne kommen wir wieder, da es uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen hat. Auch das Vermieterehepaar, das wir persönlich kennenlernen durften, ist sehr sympathisch und bei kleineren Anliegen (z.B. Internet ist einmal ausgefallen) wurde sich sofort darum gekümmert. Einfach toll. Dieses Haus können wir wirklich weiterempfehlen.

Bien pero con continuos arreglos en la casa

La casa está muy bien situada, muy limpia y cómoda. Las personas del mantenimiento son estupendas, pero durante nuestra estancia tuuvieron que arreglar muchas cosas, tuvimos a técnicos de esto y de lo otro un día sí otro no. La propietaria debería revisar bien todo antes de que entren los inquilinos, cambiar las cosas viejas, nay muchas, y, sobre todo, ensombrecer algunas zonas, ya que el sol da todo el día.

Thanks for your review. My absolute priority is to ensure my guests have an amazing and relaxing stay. As I understand making repairs at the house during your stay is not ideal, I will usually double check if the repair is urgent or not. I agree that, as an owner, I need to strive for a house which is in a near impeccable condition. Having shade outside near the pool is definitely necessary which is why I recently added a pergola. As mentioned by our guest, the pergola didn't offer enough shade which is why a roof was added on day 3 of their stay. It is unfortunate the previous guests didn't mention this as I would have fixed this prior to the new guests' arrival. I sincerely apologise for this.

Wir waren 4 erwachsene und 3 kinder. Mit 3bädern/WCs kamen wir uns nicht in die quere. Sehr angenehm. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Handtücher dufteten herrlich nach zitrone. Die Klimaanlagen in den beiden oberen Zimmern funktionierten einwandfrei. Da es sehr heiss gewesen ist, waren die Zimme angenehm temperiert, was das schlafen sehr erholsam machte. Die Klimaanlage im unteren Bereich funktionierte auch sehr gut. Praktisch war auch der zusätzliche Kühlschrank für Getränke. Die Stühle in der esse ke jetzt im Innenbereich sind einwenig in die jahre gekommen. Aber wir haben uns damit arrangiert. Der Supermarkt Mas y mas ist fast um die Ecke. Morgens haben wir zu fuss dort leckeres baguette gekauft. Fanden wir klasse. Auch wenn etwas in der Küche fehlte war man ganz schnell da. Im Pool konnte man sogar Bahnen schwimmen. Das Meer kann man zu fuss ganz schnell erreichen. Der Sandstrand und moraira ist zu fuss in ca 30 Minuten erreichbar. Es gibt Restaurants für jeden Geschmack ganz in der Nähe. Alles in allem war es ein gelungener Urlaub. Die Kinder tummelten sich zu jeder Tages und auch Abendzeit im Pool . Herrlich. Was ich auch noch sagen möchte weil es mir gefallen hat: die spanischen Nachbarn haben eine wunderbare Atmosphäre verbreitet. Auch wenn wir nur ein bisschen Spanisch konnten haben wir uns mit ihnen gut verstanden. Ich vermute, dass sie immer dort wohnen.

Vi var to familier i slekt som benyttet huset. Huset var i god stand og vi hadde et trivelig opphold. Huset var vel utstyrt, men vi kunne tenke oss noe mer kleshengere og skap-plass. Det var aircondition på to av soverommene (oppe). De nede klaget over at det ble litt for varmt enkelte netter selv om det var aircondition i stue og vifter på soverommene. Uteplassen var veldig behagelig, bassenget var deilig å ha. Det minsket en del på vannstanden i bassenget i løpet av bare et døgn. Dette bør sjekkes. Godt å kunne bruke grillplassen ute. Behagelige solsenger til alle var også godt å ha. Kort vei til butikk er også et pluss. Det var også flott med to sykler vi kunne bruke. Hadde vært fint om stien inn til huset ble belyst om kvelden. Det var lamper der, men vi fikk de ikke til å virke. Nabolaget var helt ok, stille og rolig. Naboen hadde riktig nok flere litt støyende fugler i bur, men det ble vi fort vant til. Skulle ønsket oss bedre hastighet på internettet. Alt i alt hadde vi en deilig periode i huset, og alle storkoste seg.

Private piece of heaven

Sabien is very helpful and helped us with any questions we had. His cleaning ladies were fantastic and got the villa ready for us earlier than normal and showed us where everything was (Nuria was great). The villa is very well maintained and enough room easily for eight people and had everything we needed . There is a lovely garden surrounding the villa and high conifers which made the villa very safe and private. The pool was warm and big enough to enjoy some water games and a swim, We just chilled a relaxed around the villa soaking up the sun and having a dip in the pool to cool down ( it was heaven) much needed. great place to recharge your batteries.

Fantastic villa in great location

We stayed for a long weekend to celebrate our 40th birthdays and couldn't have asked for more. The villa itself had everything we needed and was in a great location. Just a short walk to the supermarket and a couple of really nice restaurants along the coast. A steady 20 min stroll and we were in the centre of Moraira. There was plenty of space for us all both inside and out and the 3 bathrooms made getting ready nice and quick. Check and check-out were both nice and easy. All in all a fab place to stay whether a group of adults as we were or a family. Can't wait to go back again!

Two families - May 2019

The villa worked so well for our 2 families - Everything we needed. The pool is great and the comfy seating area was perfect. Best of all was the location - 5 mins walk from the sea and some superb bars and restaurants.

Lovely family villa

We have just returned from a weeks’ family holiday which included a 2 year old and 70 odd year old. This villa was ideal for that situation with a nice garden and open plan living area. Set in a nice residential location really close to the large supermarket and local restaurants based in Moravit. Note, it is a good 30 min hilly walk into Moraira. There were 3 separate bathrooms which was great. The only reason we didn’t rate it 5 stars was because there was no air con to the 2 ground floor rooms which meant they were hot at night. The owner Sabien was was very pleasant to deal with and always responded to queries quickly. Thanks

Privacidad y buena localización

La casa está muy bien ubicada y proporciona privacidad y un entorno que invita al descanso. Es amplia y acogedora. Los muebles son más bien de batalla, pero bueno, eso tampoco es importante. Tuvimos un percance por las fuertes lluvias y se preocuparon de solucionarlo lo más rápido posible, así que dentro de lo que cabe estuvimos a gusto y pudimos descansar. La recomiendo si quieres pasar unos agradables días en el precioso pueblo de Moraira.

sehr schöner Urlaub in einem tollen Haus

Haus und Umgebung haben wir genau wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Es ist alles sehr schön und komplett eingerichtet, sehr schöner Master Bedroom mit sehr bequemen Bett, Pool und Liegen mit sehr schöner Lounge Ecke und Sonnenschirmen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
