Welcome to our modern two-bedroom home, a short 15 minute walk from the vibrant market town of Ludlow, known for its lively pub and restaurant scene, year-round events and festivals.

This is a stylish, quiet and pleasant base located in a popular area to explore our charming town, the scenic South Shropshire Hills, or to provide working professionals a warm and comfortable stop-over with free driveway parking for 2 cars.

There are two super comfortable bedrooms upstairs with stylish bathroom.

This house is located on the new development Quarry Place, a quiet estate, which is a 15-minute walk from Ludlow town centre.

On the ground floor from the front entrance, walk into the welcoming main living area with Smart TV and cosy seating for 4.

This leads through to an open-plan kitchen dining area, with patio doors out onto the lawned garden with seating.

Stairs from the sitting room lead to two comfortable bedrooms, both with king-size beds. Each room has lots of storage with chest of drawers and wardrobes.

In the clean and modern bathroom is a bath for relaxing tired muscles, with a shower over and plenty of hot water.

A superb, modern and clean property for your short break, longer stay or a base from which to work in the area.

Guests have use of the whole property and the front and rear gardens, apart from a locked room, which the host uses as storage,

If you would like a late check-out, we’re happy to offer this (this is subject to availability of our cleaning team) for an additional fee of £35, up to 1pm. After 1 pm, we will have to charge a further night's stay.

We have allocated parking for two vehicles in front of the property.

Our property management team will be available 24/7 via email, or phone to provide any assistance to guests.

Pass the KeysÂź is an award-winning Property Management Company who are responsible for multiple listings on Airbnb and the overall care of guests and local communities.

Pass the KeysÂź provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. Our property is professionally maintained and cleaned. Freshly laundered linens are guaranteed, with toiletries provided (initially for short stays) .
Around the clock Guest-Support is also available before, during and after your stay.

The local community-based Pass the KeysÂź team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the KeysÂź Property Readiness Standard.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

Excellent accommodation

We were two couples. The house was a perfect size. It was a pleasant 10 minute stroll into the heart of Ludlow. The house was spotlessly clean and cosy. I would highly recommended the property to friends and family.

Great little home from home

Lovely clean property located very close to centre of Ludlow. Good access and parking and two good size bedrooms with double beds. My wife and I stayed there with our granddaughter for a two night break in Ludlow. Good quiet location. EV charger was an added bonus!!

A pleasing house but not ideal location

This house was clean, comfortable and well equipped but do be aware that it is a new build on a development that is still under construction. It is opposite the Builders' Yard and they start work at 7.45 am.

Pleasant place. The property is really spotless. I did not like the hidden fees though. After booking they ask for a £500 deposit with £10 admin fee. Or a £40 fee to cover “whatever they called it”. The property is equipped with EV charger that doesn’t work. Another disappointing feature. No communication channels available to the owners.
