Located in Villefranche-sur-Mer and very close to St-Jean-Cap-Ferrat and Beaulieu-sur-Mer, L\'ANGE GARDIEN is a beautiful air-conditioned holiday rental apartment with a lovely terrace and a view of the garden.



It is located in the Pierre Vacances residence and close to all amenities. The Marinières beach is 300 metres away and you will find supermarkets in Villefranche or Beaulieu-sur-Mer. Free parking and WiFi in the residence. A tennis court is also located at the entrance of the residence (paid) as well as a community swimming pool* (also paid).



The layout of this apartment:

A living/dining room opening onto a beautiful terrace with a garden view.

A large open kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet.

You also have 2 bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with a bunk bed.



Your accommodation benefits from a free WIFI internet connection.



It is located on the 2nd floor with a lift and has the advantage of being very quiet.



The Villefranche railway station is 1 km from the apartment on foot and the Nice airport is only 25 minutes away by car.



A paid laundry room on the lower floor with a washing machine and tumble dryer is available.



A security deposit of 700 is collected directly by Riviera Holiday Homes via Swikly (secure credit card authorization, no charge is made). Not applicable to Airbnb bookings.

Beautiful resort

This is a lovely resort overlooking Villefranche and Cap Ferrat. The condo had a double deck with nice views of the well maintained gardens. The kitchen had everything needed to make meals

Just perfect

This is the first time I have used Riviera holidays and will most definitely be booking through them again. From the booking stage right through to leaving, after our holiday, they could not have been more helpful. I received detailed instructions from start to finish. Recently refurbished accommodation was lovely and very well stocked. Key pick up and drop off was simple. As we arrived early in the day the team were great in letting us have early access to the apartment. A gift of wine and snacks was awaiting our arrival. You have it pretty much perfect. The only thing I would have liked was a bottle of water on arrival.

Good location, nice Condo, lacking supplies

The condo was cute, complex was just so so, it was a very far walk from the check in to the condo. It was lacking dish towels. It was lacking enough bath towels for each registered person. There was no cable , Just local stations, there were no beach towels. There was only one roll of toilet paper, the shower had a poor design, causing a mess every shower. Overall, we made it work by buying extra towels, extra toilet paper, and beach towels, but those things should have been Provided for the price.

Très agréable

L’appartement est décoré avec goût, parfaitement équipé, très propre. Il fait partie d’une résidence où il fait bon séjourner. Le parking est grand et sécurisé.

Sehr schönes Appartement

Wir haben das Appartement für zwei Wochen gebucht. Das Appartement ist groß, gemütlich eingerichtet und top in Schuss; mit großer Küche (es fehlt hier an nichts) nebst Essbereich sowie großem Balkon mit Sitzecke und einem großen Esstisch. Die Kommunikation mit der Agency Managerin Sandrine war sehr gut, professionell und super freundlich. Vielen Dank nochmal. Am großen Pool findet man immer Platz und die Aussicht zum Meer ist wunderschön. Wir können eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung geben. Jacqueline und Marwan, Deutschland
