The villa also has secured private covered parking for 2 cars with access to the villa via a set of stairs. Perfectly located just a 10 minute walk to beaches, promenade and Duquesa´s marina with it´s wide choice of restaurants and bars. In addition there are a couple of supermarkets, restaurants and a gym just a couple of minutes walk from the villa.
