Completely renovated in 2022 - an architect renovated 2 bedroom fisherman's cottage right on the beach in Agni, Corfu. The house has been furnished by an interior designer with original artworks and sumptuous furniture and bedding. A covered terrace with plenty of seating overlooks the beach with the water only ten metres away. The master bedroom features a superking bed with an extra thick british wool pocket-sprung mattress. Whilst lying in bed, the picture-book window affords a view across the shimmering mediterranean. The second bedroom features a bunk bed composed of two queen size mattresses with reading lights and cubby holes for books. Bathrooms both upstairs and downstairs feature copper rainfall showers, toilets and sinks. The living area is made up of an L-shaped linen covered sofa and features a 40' TV with several streaming TV services and a bluetooth amplifier and speaker system for music. The rest of the ground floor is composed of a large kitchen with marble counter-tops, dishwasher, oven, hob and built-in fridge-freezer. This area also contains a dining table and seating four. At the rear of the house is a small parking area and a unit containing a washing machine and drier. The house has completely new air conditioner units throughout. Double glazing keeps the house both quiet and cool. Like us, you will no doubt fall into the ritual of diving off the pier in front of the house, and into the crystalline sea, when you wake up in the morning. There's no better way to start the day.
