Accommodation located in the centre of the town "Binissalem", next to a pharmacy, 100 m from the restaurant "Binissalem", 200 m from the bus station "Binissalem", 300 m from the train station "Binissalem", 200 m from the supermarket "Binissalem", 21 km from the Golf Course "Gof Puntiro", 28 km from the water park "Aqualand Arenal", 30 km from the natural park "S'Albufera Muro", 30 km from the airport "Son Sant Joan Palma de Mallorca", 30 km from the sandy beach "Puerto Alcudia", 30 km from the rocky beach "Puerto Alcudia" and is located in an ideal area for families and in the urban centre. Pets are not allowed.



It measures around 120 m², is cosy and fully equipped, with views of the inner courtyard and swimming pool. Ideal for cyclists. It has a ground floor with an inner courtyard and a first floor with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. It has capacity for 5 people. It has a spacious living-dining room with fireplace and toilet. The kitchen is independent and has an office, it is an induction kitchen and is equipped with fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.



It also has a private landscaped patio of about 50 m² with a swimming pool, which allows total privacy, with garden furniture and a barbecue. The property has internet access (wifi), air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heat pump heating and electric radiators, 2 Smart TVs, hair dryer, etc.



IMPORTANT:

- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.

- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in which case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.

- Electricity included (3 kw/day per person)

This is a lovely property in an ideal location. We were a group of cyclists and were able to cycle all over the island from this location. The host was extremely responsive. The house is lovely.

Beautiful house in a beautiful town. Very clean. Within walking distant to all amenities. There’s a variety of great restaurants a few minutes walk away. Easy access to the motorway if you have a car. Two negatives - the pool stays very cold all day and the on-street parking can be tricky to find as you could be driving around for a while to find a place that is convenient for the house. It wouldn’t put me off coming here again though. Had an amazing stay!

The accommodation location to the square, bakeries, cafes and restaurants with lovely atmosphere was ideal. Binissalem’s location for exploring other parts of the island made it very easy. Myself and family loved the accommodation with its quality facilities and appreciated your quick response to our request of an extra duvet. Also allowing as at short notice to have another child stay at no extra cost. We found Antoni Mallorca Charme Home Rentals efficient with very good communication. The agent contact we were given if needed was very helpful on more than one occasion.

this house is fantastic

this house is fantastic. in the town but very private and quiet. beds very comfortable and living area spacious, warm and comfortable. The tv was great for watching films at christmas.a great bbq which is an unusual find in an airbnb. Binissalem is a lovely town with great shops and an excellent restaurant down the road that wish we had discovered years ago!As it was Christmas, little touches like a christmas tree, decorations as well as a lovely bottle of wine and turron made such a difference. The house has no private parking but in street parking is plentiful.

Living in a historic town that is not overcrowded with tourists. A small shop, a few restaurants, another large supermarket about 5 minutes by car. The accommodation is clean, everything looks like in the photos. The town is close to the highway, the travel time to the beaches in the south and north of the island is 30-45 minutes. Parking is always within walking distance. Can be recommended to everyone who does not want crowded resorts. No nasty surprises.The pool is very nice, but it is still in the shade, so the water is relatively cold. I was missing a knife in the kitchen.Otherwise I can recommend!!

Wir hatten in dem Haus einen schönen Urlaub. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Außer einem Wäscheständer haben wir nichts vermisst. Der Checkin verlief reibungslos, auch die Kommunikation. In der Nebensaison findet man problemlos einen Parkplatz in der Nähe. Supermarkt, Cafés und Restaurants findet man in unmittelbarer Nähe. Im Wohnbereich ist es im Februar recht dunkel, in der Sommerhitze ist dies sicherlich ein Vorteil. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Maison typiquement majorquine.

Apprécié, bien situé un petit bémol: la chambre d’invités avait des couvres matelas plastifiés donc moins confortable pour dormir (chaud humide) apprécierait de rangement dns les salles de bain et la salle d’eau( petit meuble ou tablettes) Aussi pas facile de trouver un stationnement si chanceux on peut être dns la rue ou la rue voisine.

La casa está reformada, su estado general es como mínimo como reflejan las fotos.Da gusto ir a un sitio que es igual o mejor de lo que tenías previsto.La información por parte de los anfitriones para llegar y todo el proceso es de 10. La ubicación es genial en todos los aspectos.A mejorar, la limpieza de la piscina y que las horas de checkin y checkout no son muy flexibles para el arrendatario. Debes entrar tarde y salir pronto.Sin duda es un sitio en el que nos alojaríamos cada vez que visitemos Mallorca.

Maison au calme (attention toutefois aux aboiements du chien des voisins) correspondant à la description. Dans l’ensemble, la maison est bien équipée. Petit bémol, au niveau de la cuisine qui est peu fournie ( seulement un poêle et deux casseroles, pas de boîte de conservation.) Les lits sont équipés d’une très bonne literie. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine même si elle reste fraîche car peu ensoleillée.

La localisation est parfaite si vous voulez aller aux 4 coins de l'île.Axes d'améliorations : le ménage n'était pas très bien fait lors de notre arrivée (sable dans le salon...) et les équipements pour la cuisines sont limités pour 3/4 personnes.

casa muy acogedora, espaciosa y cómoda. el pueblo de Benissalem también ofrece todo lo que puedas necesitar desde el cual puedes conocer muchos de los lugares increíbles que tiene la isla. Una nota sobresaliente en cuanto a ubicación, casa impecable, no puedo señalar ningún aspecto negativo. Recomendable 100 por 100.
