3 bedroom cottage near Kilrush & Doonbeg

This cottage is located in the townland of Tullabrack in Co Clare, just a 5 minute drive from Kilrush and 15 minutes from Doonbeg. This is a great location for exploring all the things that Clare has to offer from the Cliffs of Moher, to the golden sandy beaches, Ailwee Caves, Scattery Island and so much more.  

When you stay at this Cottage you will be warmly welcomed by the hosts who live nearby. This is a newly renovated house with three bedrooms to sleep up to 6 people. One of the bedrooms is downstairs and has a walk-in shower which is suitable for assisted wheelchair users. There is also a guest toilet downstairs.

The remaining two bedrooms are upstairs - one with a double bed and one with two single beds and they share the family bathroom with both an electric shower and a separate bath. There is a lovely feature glass wall upstairs which overlooks the kitchen and dining area below.

The kitchen is really well equipped and has all brand new appliances. There is a dining table with 6 chairs and a separate utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer. The sitting room is warm and cosy and has TV and comfy couches. Free wifi is available to all guests.

To the rear of the property is a lovely enclosed area with benches and the house is set among green fields so there is plenty of space for young legs to get some exercise!

There is plenty of space for parking and all bed linen and towels are provided. The closest town is Kilrush which is two and a half miles away but the country roads are perfect for a stroll up to the windmills.

White Strand in Doonbeg is a beach which is ideally suited for children with safe places to swim. Lahinch is about a 30-40 minute drive along with the Cliffs of Moher and Doolin Village which is renowned for its traditional music. 

Kilrush has a brand new water based activity centre - West Coast Aqua Park - which is a great attraction for families irrespective of the weather!
