1 Wellhayes is a seafront semi-detached bungalow resting in Lyme Regis, Devon, and can sleep four guests in two bedrooms.
Amenities: Electric heating. Electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, washer/dryer, hairdryer. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Allocated parking for 1 car in private car park a short walk from the property. Balcony with decking and furniture. Pet-friendly, sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.2 miles. Note: The property is very close to the Cobb area so there may be occasional late-night events. The access steps are steep. Note: Maximum of 2 dogs accepted

Take a stroll along the world-famous Cobb causeway overlooking the ancient harbour, where fishing trips can be enjoyed, or try your hand at fossil hunting in the area. The scenic coastal path offers excellent walking opportunities and spectacular views of the stunning Jurassic coast, whilst the gently shelving sands and sparkling waters of Lyme Bay provide the perfect place in which to relax and unwind. A holiday destination to savour!
