The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in the heart of the cultural and tourist center of the city, where all the fun happens! It is next to renowned restaurants and bars in Porto, in a lively neighborhood!

It is about 300 meters from the Aliados Metro Station, and all the main tourist attractions are within walking distance, such as: the Clérigos Tower; the Lello Bookstore; the Douro River with the famous D. Luís Bridge; the Sé Cathedral; the Avenida dos Aliados; and many more. There are supermarkets, monuments, pharmacies, and shops nearby. In the evening, the surrounding streets offer the liveliest spots in the city.

To explore the riverfront area of the city, we recommend taking bus number 500 near the São Bento Train and Metro Station. This route starts in the downtown area of Porto, passes through the Ribeira neighborhood, along the Douro River, the Foz area, the beaches of Matosinhos, and ends at the Matosinhos Municipal Market, where you can enjoy typical fish dishes, seafood, and regional products from the north of Portugal.

Important note: There are ongoing construction works near the apartment, which cause noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is a situation beyond our control, but it may affect our guests' stay. Therefore, we follow a policy of transparency so that our guests' expectations are properly met. It is our mission to ensure that Liiiving is easy!

Getting Around:
You can request our transfer service whenever needed (price upon request).

You also have access to a wide network of public transportation.

The nearest metro station, Aliados, is just 350 meters from the apartment.

Other Things to Note:
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged for smoking.

If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged.

If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team to open the door, a fee of €40 will apply after 7 p.m. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) – fee to be determined upon request.

For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a cap on water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses of €150. If this amount is exceeded, the guest will be charged for the excess.

The tenant is required to allow access to a staff member when requested by the host for property inspections, and monthly visits are expected for this purpose.
