This inviting first-floor villa includes a spacious living room with seating and TV, a well-equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, fridge–freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine, plus two bedrooms, a bunk-bed room and a double, along with a walk-through room featuring a double sofa bed. A modern bathroom completes the layout. Set on a generous 1,000 m² fenced garden with outdoor furniture, barbecue, parking, and a private pool (6×4 m open mid-May to mid-September), the home also offers table tennis and foosball for family entertainment. Pets are not allowed, but free Wi‑Fi ensures guests stay connected.
