Beautiful country house with a construction in the style of the old farmhouses, with thick white walls and ceilings of sabina wood. It is the ideal place to relax and discover this quiet part of the island.
The country house has a spacious and bright living and dining room and kitchen. There is also a laundry room and a pantry. There are also 3 double bedrooms, two complete bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath. All three bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The kitchen has a large gas stove, dishwasher and is fully equipped. In addition, it has a separate tap for potable water. The kitchen has access to the private pool. The living room has a comfortable "chaise longue" sofa, satellite TV and another access to the terrace.
The plot around the house is large and exclusive, with no neighbors nearby. In addition to the private pool, there is also a play area with playhouses. There is also a covered patio with grill and dining area.
Ideal for families, romantic moments or just to enjoy a peaceful holiday in a unique environment.

Pets: Guests must check with the HO for prices and availability. To ensure a safe stay, guests must follow these essential rules. Due to dry island conditions, conserve water and exercise extreme caution with fire, using only charcoal for barbecues. Quiet hours are enforced between 22:00 and 09:00 (under 45 decibels), parties are forbidden, and guests are liable for any property damage or police fines. Travel insurance is strongly recommended, as the host is not responsible for lost or stolen valuables. Please note the penalty fees: €150 for lost keys, €50 per makeup-stained towel, €50 for dirty dishes, and €100 for leftover garbage. Lastly, unauthorized check-outs after 10:00 a.m. incur a €100 to €250 charge, and uncollected pet waste will result in extra cleaning deductions from the deposit.
A car is a necessity! Please make sure you rent your own car! For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
