Known as a high-energy sociable persona, I love people and positive environments. During my last 4 career years in hospitality as a caffe/club manager, I developed a sociable persona, networked within the crowd, befriended hundreds of customers. That's where I figured out that I love to work with people from all over the world, which brought me in travel & tourism business. My holiday homes are hand-picked, personally acquired and my relationship with homeowners is built upon professionalism and trust.

My guests are always able to reach me and get any sort of information or help before arrival, during their stay or after their departure.

Holiday house Boky is located in a good location near the center of "Vodnjan". Convenient location allows guests to be within walking distance of all essential amenities.

Local shop "Butiga Ultra" is located 450 m from the accommodation. If you get hungry, the good restaurant "Pizza & BBQ Buffalo" is only 500 meters away. Supermarkets "Plodine" and "Konzum" are about 1 km away from the house.

For the youngest, in the park 550 m from the house there is a large children's playground. There are a lot of trees in the park under which you can hide from the sunheat.

The first nearest beaches "Peroj" and "Fažana" are less than 7 km away from the accommodation.

The town of "Vodnjan" is located near the well-known Istrian cities: Fažana (7 km), Pula (10 km), Medulin (20 km) and Rovinj (22 km). Each of these cities offers many specialties: historic buildings, natural beauty, excellent restaurants, etc.

Das Ferienhaus Boky befindet sich in guter Lage in der Nähe des Zentrums von "Vodnjan". Die günstige Lage ermöglicht es den Gästen, alle wichtigen Annehmlichkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Das lokale Geschäft "Butiga Ultra" befindet sich 450 m von der Unterkunft entfernt. Wenn Sie Hunger bekommen, ist das gute Restaurant "Pizza & BBQ Buffalo" nur 500 Meter entfernt. Die Supermärkte "Plodine" und "Konzum" sind ca. 1 km vom Haus entfernt.

Für die Kleinsten gibt es im Park 550 m vom Haus entfernt einen großen Kinderspielplatz. Im Park gibt es viele Bäume, unter denen man sich vor der Sonnenhitze verstecken kann.

Die ersten nächsten Strände "Peroj" und "Fažana" sind weniger als 7 km von der Unterkunft entfernt.

The entire property of the holiday house Boky is private and intended for only one group of guests.

Near Vodnjan is the National Park "Brijuni". Known as the most beautiful and most visited park in Croatia. The islands can only be reached by boat that sails from "Fažana" every day. Fazana is only 10 minutes away by car. When you arrive at the Brijuni National Park you can enjoy a walk, see zebras, llamas and goats in the safari park. You can also see remnants of ancient Roman culture and dinosaur prints.

In der Nähe von Vodnjan befindet sich der Nationalpark „Brijuni“. Bekannt als der schönste und meistbesuchte Park in Kroatien. Die Inseln können nur mit dem Boot erreicht werden, das jeden Tag von "Fažana" abfährt. Fazana ist nur 10 Autominuten entfernt. Wenn Sie im Nationalpark Brijuni ankommen, können Sie einen Spaziergang unternehmen und im Safaripark Zebras, Lamas und Ziegen sehen.
