An ideal self-catering apartment for people not wanting to give up their home comforts.

The Central Residence by Kassiopi Corfu Villas consists of two, two-bedroom luxury apartments and two, one-bedroom deluxe suites. Crowned with the exclusive-to-guests, stunning roof top garden with 360′ views over Kassiopi, the sea and the Albanian mountains beyond. A wonderful spot at any time of the day but particularly magical for sunsets! Sit and relax on sun loungers, sofas, bean bags, dine up there at one of dining tables, enjoy yoga at sunrise - so much space and ways to use it to your own liking. Your apartment also has the access of our pool situated on the opposite apartment block - a large pool with further sunbathing spots, it is a peaceful spot to relax at.

The Central Residence is 100m from the first restaurant, bar, bakery and supermarket on a small side street at the top part of the village. A simple 3 minute stroll from Kassiopi village square. 5 minutes to Kassiopi harbour or main beach. Stay in the heart of Kassiopi but enjoy the peace and quiet too!

What makes this property unique

As the saying goes: Location, Location, Location!
It's a lovely quiet spot in a residential part of Kassiopi, away from the noise of the bars and main street traffic. Within one minute you are on the high street so all amenities are easily reachable. To reach us the side street is well lit at night and it is a smooth, flat walk. The Central Residence has the use of a pool located in the opposite apartment block, just a hop across the small side road and you're there! The nearest beach is just an easy 5minute stroll away too so you have the best of both, practically on your doorstep!

The use of our unique, roof top garden is also another major selling point. With 360′ views stretching out over Kassiopi village, the Byzantium Castle, the sea and Albanian mountains beyond, this is the ultimate place to relax and enjoy life. The only roof garden for rental accommodation in the area.
