Alexa and Ron are your hosts and live next door to the bungalow. They want to respect your privacy but are also available to answer any questions or address any concerns that may arise. They look forward to welcoming you into their guest house that was recently remodeled with short-term rentals and other visitors in mind. They have lived next door for over 15 years and love the neighborhood. They hope you will enjoy your time here and all that the neighborhood has to offer. Maybe you will have a chance to chat with our friendly neighbors, see the sunset over the Olymics from one of the many nearby view spots, visit the animals or catch a concert at the zoo or simply just stay home and relax. They are happy to point you in the right direction for all your travel adventures and want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They hope you have a great time in Seattle!

Phinney Ridge Bungalow
We couldn't have asked for a better property or host. The bungalow was perfect for our long weekend in Seattle. It was like walking into a brand new home with nothing lacking. The location is great for exploring the city and very restful since it is located in a residential neighborhood. The outdoor patio is a plus and makes the bungalow feel so much bigger. The owner has put a lot of though into the interior finish and layout, which makes the space very comfortable. This was our second stay and we will definitely stay again.
Comfortable bungalow with every convenience.
Good location. Walkable to my destinations. Beautifully maintained.
Perfect little house
Just as advertised.
I wouldn’t change a thing about this place. Would absolutely stay here again!!
Beautiful, modern, very comfortable cottage in a great neighborhood. It's beautifully decorated, with all the amenities in the kitchen and bathroom to have a great stay. On our arrival there were fresh cookies! A wonderful surprise! It's a great neighborhood to take a walk and look at the beautiful houses. Close to a lot of restaurants and shops, and a great starting point to visit the rest of Seattle. Alexa is a great hostess. She was very accessible by phone or text. Definitely would stay there again. We didn't want to leave!
You’ll want to move in
The bungalow is the best place I’ve ever rented. Alexa has thoroughly and thoughtfully appointed the home to provide utmost guest comfort (including a jar of homemade cookies!). The lovely front patio makes a great spot to enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The surrounding neighborhood and park offer lots of nice places to walk and there are many conveniences located nearby. We’re already looking forward to our next visit.
Perfect location. Cozy home. Homemade cookies. Oh my.....This is the nicest vacation rental we have stayed in.
Phinney Ridge has the zoo, wonderful restaurants, specialty stores and parks within walking distance. Ballard, one of the hippest neighborhoods in Seattle with shopping and some of the city’s finest restaurants, is just down the hill. From there, visit the Ballard Locks to watch the salmon jump up the fish ladders. Keep going and you will find Golden Gardens, one of the most popular beaches in town. Fremont is even closer with lots of shops and restaurants and its famous Bridge Troll. Green Lake, which features a beautiful 2.8 mile running/walking path, boat rentals and a community center, is a short drive or a longer walk through the lovely wooded Woodland Park. Wallingford is 1 mile away and you will only be 2 miles from the University District. Downtown, Seattle Center and South Lake Union are all a 10-minute car or bus ride away.
