In the apartment Regina are a beautiful living room with comfortable double sofa bed and access to the south-facing terrace with a more panoramic view of Lake Garda, two spacious bedrooms with double bed, desk and wardrobe, and a new daylight bathroom with shower (90x100) and toilet. Ther is also an infrared private Sauna. The fully equipped kitchen has an induction hob and a dishwasher, as well as coffee maker, kettle, microwave and toaster.

Facilities include a satellite TV, air conditioning, central vacuum, internet access and wooden balcony furniture.



A small complex of only 4 apartments, with a wonderful view. These apartments are for people aged 14 and over and guarantee moments of peaceful holidays!



In the basement is a communal washing machine, which is available for the three apartments.

A reserved parking space is available in front of the house. It is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car with the house electricity.
