Right in the heart of town, located in a protected residential area, in one of the most beautiful parts of Santa Marinella and just a short walk from the train station, from which you can reach Rome’s San Pietro station in just 30 minutes, with direct connections also to Rome’s Trastevere and Termini stations. 2 spacious, very bright bedrooms—one with a double bed, the other with twin beds—2 bathrooms (one adjacent to the bedrooms), and a small loft bedroom with a single bed; on the upper floor, a living area overlooking a two-level terrace with a stunning panoramic view of the sea. <br>A rocky beach is 50 meters away, and a sandy, fully equipped beach is 100 meters away. <br>Fans are available for guests in every room. The property is located in a restricted area, within a pedestrian zone accessible only for loading and unloading luggage.<br>Nearby attractions include thermal baths, archaeological parks, nature reserves, and charming villages.<br>Tours to Rome or the surrounding area can be booked.
