Sandy Cove Lake Front House - Yard, Dock & Natural Sandy Beach on protected cove

Our house is luxurious with unobstructed lake views - Built to enjoy a weekend getaway or a week-long vacation. Dog friendly with a BIG yard to play in and located on a protected cove away from boat traffic, yet only 5 miles from the Publix plaza, movie theatre, etc.

Two large screen TV's in the great room - 50" LCD in game room area with Xbox capabilities and a 65" TV for the main living 42" in the kids bunk room; great for the kids! Smart TVs in 3 of the other bedrooms as well for on demand streaming.

Three King beds (1 upstairs and 2 downstairs); Kids bunk room upstairs has a Queen over Queen bunk bed that sleeps up to 4; as well as 2 Twin beds. There is a 5th bonus bedroom with a Queen bed (accessible through the kids bunk room); a Queen sofa bed in game room area; and 2 Queen size air mattresses if needed. Each King bedroom has its own a private bathroom, while the kids bunk room and the bonus 5th bedroom share a bath, for a total of 4 bathrooms. Our home sleeps 14 guests in beds (not including sofa bed) and we permit up to 16 guests max (in case you have a few extra little ones as well).

The awesome kitchen is open concept so you can be a part of the group and see the lake while whipping up dinner. It has all stainless appliances, including a gas stove top and double oven. Granite and quartz counter tops and wood floors throughout. Adults can enjoy the gigantic deck with a fantastic view of the lake while the kids watch tv or play ping pong inside. There is even a hammock on the deck too. Perfect for afternoon cat naps after a day on the lake.

The lake side of the house has private dock for your boat, a 50-foot sandy beach (rare at the lake) in the backyard for super easy access to floating and swimming in the lake. The enormous flat level grass yard is perfect for throwing the football or Frisbee around. There is also a full-size grass volleyball / badminton area in the side yard.

Public boat ramp less than 1.5 miles from home - bring your Boat or PWC and tie it up to the dock for the week and enjoy the fantastic fishing and boating offered on Lake Oconee. Parking for one boat trailer is available in driveway.

Multiple golf courses are in the area, Great Waters and Reynolds Landing are two favorites...

House is located next to a wooded area on its own 1 1/2-acre lot, and the water is very private on a cove and is perfect for skiing, tubing, and floating!

In addition, due to Homeowners Association regulations, this property may NOT host large gatherings such as family reunions, weddings, parties, or events of any kind which exceed 16 guests. Parking is limited to 6 vehicles, and no parking is permitted on the street. Owners maintain the right to evict parties that exceed maximum occupancy limits without refund. ***** Note: during prime summer weeks we rent weekly, Saturday to Saturday.
