Large family lake house with amazing views of sunrise - pets are family too - they are more than welcomed here!!

5 full bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms. Upstairs has a kitchen and family/living with incredible lake views... 2 of the 5 bedrooms are on the main level ... just steps from the screened in back porch! There is a fireplace for colder evenings ready to be used!

Downstairs offers 3 bedrooms, a large family and rec room space for the family, a mini kitchen and a walk out patio just steps from the beautiful LAKE OCONEE. There is a sleeper sofa downstairs to allow more space for sleep!
SLEEPS UP TO 12!

There is a ton of closet space for longer weeks at the lake, and there is plenty of room for entertaining family from near and far! The back porch off the living room offers enclosed areas to cool off while still enjoying the peace of lake life...

Enjoy the wildlife while using a kayak out on the calmer lake water right off the back dock after a day on the boat.

Outside backyard offers incredible lake views... you can spend the afternoon fishing off the dock or spending the day on the lake! Get ready to gather your family and friends around the outdoor firepit, roasting smores making memories!

We do have a pontoon boat available for rent! Just ask me how !!!!


Please note: we do have outdoor cameras for your security.

This house is on the part of the lake where there are hilly backyard. This property does have a hill to get up and down to the lake and dock!

As a courtesy, there is neighborhood construction happening on both sides of the property.

Family vacation

Lovely home with great dock and pontoon boat. Plenty of room to sleep 11 of us. Quiet cove, which we loved and enjoyed kayaks.

Plenty of room for grandparents, parents and grandchildren with lots of lake views, patios and large screened porch. The open kitchen-family area provided plenty of room and the 2nd lower level family area was great for kids time alone. We enjoyed the boat and pull toys and added a rental jet ski. A marina with fuel docks is close by. The kids enjoyed swimming in the lake and catching fish at the dock. The owner is very responsive. Great stay.

The Perfect Lakehouse!

We absolutely loved our stay on Hoot Owl Lane - the house was fantastic. Spacious with a well-equipped kitchen, the bathrooms and bedrooms were spotless and we loved the screened-in porch overlooking the lake. The boat was terrific for sunrises and sunsets and the dock and the garden areas provided lots of great seating for our family. We will definately book this house again - it was fabulous! Thank you!

Beautiful Home & Great Stay!

We traveled with two other families. A total of 6 adults and 6 children. Plenty of room to spread out! Having the boat at the house to rent was such an added bonus! Property manager was super responsive, as was the person who handles the boat rental.

Our favorite rental

This is our second time renting this house with a big group and we loved it as much as the first time. The property is so peaceful (minus some noise from a house being built two doors down), great bedrooms, love the pool table and being about to rent a boat and jet ski to dock at the house and go out is perfect. Only complaint is for the amount of the cleaning fee the amount of dead bugs and cobwebs outside around the doors and porches needs to be taken care of every time it’s cleaned it’s years worth. Thank you for sharing your wonderful lake house we can’t wait to be back!

Fantastic

We had the best family vacation ever. The property was awesome as was the hospitality. Having a boat at the house was fantastic! The house could not have been better. Everything we could ask for and more was included.I We have visited Lake Oconee the past several summers and no place can compare to this property.

Fun and relaxing house

Great house for a family gathering, tons of space for everyone. Kids really enjoyed tubing and owners made it very easy to rent the boat. Loved the back porch and outside seating areas, very relaxing and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Family 55 anniversary

Size of house was lovely, HOWEVER, No seating for 12 guests. Inadequate kitchen dishes and silverware. Sofa and dining table sat 6, half of our group🙁. Beautiful wood floors with all rugs slipping and curling. Hill was impossible, steep, with broken sidewalk down to lake, no railing, a real falling hazard for all ages. Disappointments abound.

Family Vacation

Beautiful home on Lake Oconee! The house was situated on a cove which made it very safe for our children to swim and tube. Renting the pontoon boat was the icing on the cake!

Great Lake House

We had a large group and this home was a perfect fit on space. We found a local chef and utilized his skills to help us with meals for our group. All space and bathrooms, convenience of shops near by and lake views make this house a perfect rental. Will definitely rent again. FYI, we also rented the boat and it was in great shape. Plus jet ski rental from Oconee Wild made it work for our group.

Family reunion at Oconee

The home was a wonderful gathering spot for our out of town family for a long weekend. Being right on the lake was perfect. The location is peaceful yet close to grocery, The Ritz etc. The backyard is magical in the evenings and the home has plenty of space. The absolute only drawback is sharing the master bathroom shower with the smaller main floor bedroom. Otherwise it’s perfect Hannah, the manager is so helpful and promptly responds to emails and fulfills requests. She made sure our stay was perfect.

Large spacious house as billed. Apparently has some animal that lives there—I had a terrible allergic reaction to it. Leaky pipe le in bathroom, smoke alarms beeping. Neighbors very noisy. Overall ok, but won’t be back

Amazing Lake getaway!

We had a long weekend with family to celebrate my husband's 40th and the home was perfect. The home is located on a quiet part of the lake that is perfect for relaxing. The home is beautiful and well equipped with all you need for a perfect lake holiday.

Great property on Lake Oconee

We have stayed many places on Lake Oconee and really like this one. Location is good, convenient to many things. The cove is a nice quiet cove to tube with the kids. Loved the Terrace level and having the living room/kitchen above. One opportunity is the exterior cleanliness of the property. Many cobwebs and dirt on the screened in porch, deck and off the terrace level. Needs a good pressure washing a couple times a year.

Father's Day Week Vacation

My family and I do an annual family vacation for Father's Day Week where we get the cousins (age range from 3-10). This house was perfect as it had all the amenities one could want and the house is settled in a quiet cove with easy access to the larger portion of Lake Oconnee. Gorgeous house inside and out!
