Millers cottage is a charming two storey stone and slate Cornish cottage. Completely stripped and re-built to a very high standard, providing modern comfort whilst retaining many original features.

Hardwood French doors open onto a sunny, slate patio – a real suntrap. Inside, be delighted at a spacious beamed living room with slate flooring and underfloor heating to warm your toes. A Contura wood burner, seated on a circular slab of natural local slate sets the perfect ambience for a cosy romantic evening. Upstairs the huge bedroom with sloping ceilings and exposed beams boasts a leather kingsize bed and a leather ‘clik-clak’ sofa bed- a place to relax or an extra bed for a child.

Relax in the Vita Hot Tub or Swim Spa – available to hire privately for an extra special luxurious break.
Guest access
You will have the entire cottage to yourselves. Ta Mill is secluded rural hideaway set in a private estate of 45 acres with nature trail to enjoy, wildlife ponds to view alongside a games room, pitch ‘n’ putt and children's outdoor play area. There are grazing sheep and alpacas in the fields.
There is ample parking and I will meet you on your arrival date to show you to your cottage.
Other things to note
Book private sessions in our hot tub or swim spa. This is at an additional charge of £25 per session or £100 for 5 sessions (sessions are an hour long, max 4 people at the time). The hot tub is situated in the old waterwheel pit which is less than a minute walk from the cottage. Sit back and relax whilst watching the stars above.
There may be other people staying on site in other accommodation, but you have your own walled garden and patio and will not be disturbed by other guests. We allow dogs in this cottage free of charge. You must bring a dog basket with you and please ensure your pet does not lie on the bedding or soft furnishings. When you exercise your dog, it must be under control and you must clean up after your pet. Pets must not be left unattended in the accommodation at any time. ONLY HOUSE TRAINED PETS ACCEPTED- SORRY NO PUPPIES.
