12 person holiday home in Ebeltoft

This holiday home with a swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna for family fun is located on a large, hilly natural plot near Ebeltoft. For leisure activities, there is an activity room with table tennis and table football. The comprehensive kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, ceramic hob and microwave. Open-plan living/dining area with beautiful views of the grounds through the large glass section. Direct access from the dining area to the large terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture and a gas barbecue. In the pool room you will find the 3.5 m swimming pool, which is about 150 cm deep. Outside, there is also a whirlpool and a sauna connected to the terrace. Nice activity room with table tennis etc. There is WiFi and the possibility to receive Danish and German TV channels. The holiday home has four bedrooms, two of which have two single beds each, and the other two have one double and one single bed each. In addition, there is a double sofa bed in the activity room. The house also has two bathrooms with showers and pleasant underfloor heating, as well as a guest WC. Built in 2022, the holiday home offers high chairs and cots for small children. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available. There is also a sandpit for the little ones on the property. The neighbouring house is also rented out through DanCenter and has the house number 43926. No rentals to youth groups!A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
