This large swimming pool house is located at one of the plots with the best panoramic view of Ebeltoft cove. 5 bedrooms, all with 2 beds, mean that there is plenty of room for the large family or 2 families sharing. You can also enjoy the view if the ocean from the pool area while the children frolic in the pool. The kitchen, which has e.g. dish washer and microwave oven, is in open connection to the living room so you can have talks while preparing dinner. The wood-burning stove can help create a cosy atmosphere, especially on cold nights. Outside you can enjoy the sun on the terrace and have cosy barbecues. There is a swing for the children. There are several areas on the plot where you can find shelter from the wind. Access from the pool area to the terrace. The house is high-located and has a steep driveway which may be challenging on winter days but at the same time means that the house has a secluded location.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
