They occupy the entire first floor on the north side of a charming historic building.
RVII-Lory is a spacious, air-conditioned two-room apartment that can accommodate up to 6 people, featuring a double bed and two sofa beds, one of which is located on a charming loft.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, and the unit can accommodate up to 6 people.
It features a full bathroom with fixtures and a spacious 110x70 shower, a laundry area with a sink and washing machine, a living room-kitchen with a sleeper sofa (one-and-a-half-person), a 50-inch smart TV already connected to the internet, a bedroom with a 32-inch smart TV also already connected to the internet, a spacious closet, and very convenient USB ports above the nightstands (multi-port cable available: Apple, USB Type-C, and mini USB).
There is also a very charming loft overlooking the house’s vaulted ceilings, accessible from the same bedroom, featuring a sleeper sofa (one-and-a-half-person) and a study area with a desk, chair, and lamp.

The neighborhood is enviable, as it’s located in Catania’s shopping district—central yet far from the historic center and the associated inconveniences.
The metro station is very close by, as are stops for countless city and suburban bus lines.
The beach is a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute scooter ride away; you can rent a scooter from one of the three companies in town (the scooters are often parked right in front of the building).
Piazza Duomo and the Cathedral of St. Agatha are just 2 km away, while the historic Via Etnea is only a 10-minute walk away, and Villa Bellini—one of the most beautiful Italian-style gardens in the world—is just a 15-minute walk away.

Inside the house, in the hallway between the kitchen-living room, bathroom, and bedroom, there is a laundry area equipped with a washing machine and a convenient sink.
In the inner courtyard, shared by the building’s residents, you can enjoy some fresh air.
