Villa Kyros I is one of two remarkable villas on the prestigious Kyros Estate. Both villas can be booked together if you have a special birthday, wedding, anniversary or if you simply want to spend a fantastic week with a large group of 32 friends and family. Villa Kyros I can be booked separately for 16 guests. This fabulous villa is situated in an incredible spot within walking distance of the famous Paradise and Paraga Beaches and with fabulous, panoramic views to the nearby islands of Paros and Naxos. Villa Kyros I is absolutely remarkable and offers eight exceptional bedrooms, each with their own immaculate en-suite bathrooms, an outstanding infinity swimming pool, a relaxation or children’s pool, a games/playroom, eye-catching artworks, first-class furnishings and idyllic relaxation spaces. Kyros Estate boasts its own private bay with the possibility to anchor, extensive beautifully manicured gardens and fantastic entertainment space. The ground floor open plan living, dining and kitchen area is stunning with tasteful, exquisite decor. Traditional Mykonian style elements blend brilliantly with contemporary, minimalistic features and design. The living area opens directly to the first-class outdoor covered alfresco dining and lounge area. The gorgeous Mykonos Town is vibrant and very pretty. The charming cobbled lanes are draped with colourful bougainvillaea and are lined with sugar-cubed buildings whose balconies are decorated with colourful flower boxes. The famous Matogliani Street is very popular with shoppers seeking dazzling jewellery shops and label-laden designer shops. There are also many art galleries offering colourful artworks.  The enviable dining scene and trendy bars are very impressive. Little Venice’s crazy paved waterside terrace is brimming buzzy bars and guests enjoying the glorious sunsets.
 
Paradise Beach Club celebrates 50 years of history and hosts incredible, renowned parties led by the world’s best DJ’s. Tables and booths can be booked in advance to guarantee your groovy spot. Revellers are transported from club to club. It is upmarket and Greece’s answer to Ibiza. The popular Paraga Beach neighbours Paradise Beach and enjoys fabulous views the sacred island of Delos.
 
Delos Island can be reached by boat from the harbour at Mykonos Town. It is one of the most important mythological, historical and archaeological sites in Greece. The excavations are among the most extensive in the Mediterranean. You will enjoy a memorable visit, whether you are passionate about Greek history or just an incidental tourist. Fine collections can be enjoyed at the island’s museum, and you can take a guided tour of the island if you wish. There is plenty to see including the houses of Dionysos and Cleopatra, sanctuaries of the Egyptian and Syrian Gods, the Sacred Lake, Naxian Lions and various temples. It is very evocative, and you will not be disappointed.

Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
