The bedrooms consist of a first-floor king-size with Freeview TV, a second-floor double with Freeview TV and a second-floor twin all serviced by a first-floor bathroom. Outside there is on-street parking on a first-come first-serve basis. Within 0.2 miles there is a shop and 0.1 miles a pub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Audleby is a wonderful base for a family getaway in Lincolnshire. Note: This property does not have a garden.

Nettleton and Grasby, two neighbouring villages, are conveniently close.
