The Belvedere is simply stunning! A period home with beautiful interiors, packed with original features in the heart of the village and just 200 yards from the beach.
A fusion of Victorian style and 21st century living - from original fireplaces, stained glass and a mullion bay window with awesome views, to stylish bathrooms, contemporary kitchen and Smart TV. The Belvedere offers 5* accommodation for four guests with two beautifully presented bedrooms, contemporary kitchen with dining table and chairs and a beautiful opulent sitting room with midnight blue velvet sofas and a pretty working fireplace. Outside thereâs a lovely garden with excellent views and garaging for one carâŠthe perfect pad in a great location!
Beer is a traditional fishing village in a sheltered bay on the beautiful east Devon World Heritage Jurassic Coast. The port dates back to the 15th century and is charming with its beach huts and colourful boats washed up on the shingle. Stroll around the independent shops, galleries and cafes, take a walk along the dramatic cliff hugging coastal path to Branscombe beach. Branscombe has a couple of good pubs and a dog-friendly beach with a great cafe serving fresh seafood. Take a fishing trip or delve into Beer Quarry Caves, just a short drive away.

Kitchen/dining room: gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave. Dresser, circular dining table and chairs. Bedroom 1: king size bed, bedside tables, chest, flat screen TV Ensuite: shower, WC and wash hand basin. Bedroom 2: twin beds, TV. Family bathroom: bath with shower over, WC, bidet and wash hand basin.
Entertainment: Smart TV, additional TV in bedroom. For families: Cot , stairgate and high chair available to hire on request. Outside: Shared gardens with panoramic views. Parking: garaging for one car. (height restriction of 6'1") General: WiFi. Bed linen and towels included. Gas and electricity included. Pets: one dog welcome. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property.
