From here, you have access to a large, sunny terrace complete with an outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower, and hot tub. These outdoor facilities are available from March to November and provide the perfect setting for al fresco dining and evenings under the stars. For year-round comfort, the house is heated by an energy-friendly air-to-water heat pump that provides underfloor heating throughout. A cozy wood-burning stove adds extra warmth and charm on cooler evenings. The interior also includes a generous entrance hall, four bedrooms each with a double bed, and two modern bathrooms with showers, one additionally fitted with a whirlpool tub. An activity room with billiards and table football ensures fun for guests of all ages. Practical features include a charging station for electric cars, making it convenient for eco-friendly travelers. The property is surrounded by peaceful natural scenery, creating an ideal backdrop for a relaxing holiday close to the sea. Please note: rental to youth groups is not permitted.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
