This rate includes:
- Utilities: electricity - water - gas for kitchen use
- weekly linen, initial and final cleaning
- Zer0Dep Guarantee = You do not pay the security deposit on balance or on arrival and you have EuropAssistance coverage in case of accidental damage to the property during your stay (up to the maximum of € 1,500.00 and with the limitations provided).
The price does not include:
- Mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals (€ 50,00/week/animal),
- Tourism tax (where applicable).
Villa Rossa is a property located near Scacciano, a few kilometres from Misano Adriatico and Riccione. The villa is located in a part of territory on the first hills of Romagna, offering a spectacular view of the neighbouring promontories and of the Adriatic Sea in the distance. The location makes the villa the ideal place for those who want to relax and take advantage of the proximity to the countless attractions of the Riviera. In the garden, spread out over 1100 sq m, is a wooden deck where you can cool off in a swimming pool with a water jet for counter-current swimming and a Jacuzzi tub. The interiors feature large bright spaces characterized by elegant modern furniture.
Interior:
The villa has three floors. The main entrance, on the ground floor, opens directly into the large living room with numerous seats and a stupendous (ornamental) grand piano. This room is connected to a fully-equipped kitchen and to the first double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with tub. Both the kitchen and bedroom have direct access out to the garden. The living room leads down to the basement composed of two cozy double bedrooms and one bathrooms with shower and to a relax area with jacuzzi tub for 5 people, a large sofa with big screen. The relax area is completed by a bathroom with shower. This sleeping area is also accessible via two external staircases. From the ground floor a brick staircase leads up to the first floor with the main sleeping area. This floor is composed by a large suite with double bed with en-suite bathroom with shower and other two double bedrooms with a bathroom with shower and whirlpool tub. Air conditioning in the bedrooms.
Park:
Within the fenced property is a garden of about 1100 sq m, equipped with automatic sprinklers that guarantee the upkeep of the lawn and the surrounding hedges. The pool area, on the same level as the house, is reached directly from the ground floor kitchen and living room. The living room also leads out to the cozy outdoor dining and living area equipped with large umbrellas. In the property, equipped with an automatic entrance gate, is a 2-car parking area.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool is located on one side of the property, accessible from the garden and just a few steps away from the interior via the ground floor French windows. Set in the wooden surface that surrounds it, the pool measures 10 x 4 m with a depth of 1,30 m. Entrance is via a ladder on one side and it is equipped with counter-current system. Lined in PVC and with internal lighting, the water is purified through a sand filter and there is also a counter-current water jet. On one side of the pool is a jacuzzi tub for 4 people. The pool area is completed by sunbeds and a large umbrella. It is available from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
Pets: On request, 50€ per week or part of week, per animal.
