Lovely oceanfront 2 bedroom condo in North Ocean City, MD

Located just steps from the beach you can relax and enjoy the sunshine and beautiful ocean views from the master bedroom and deck of this charming 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom oceanfront condo. The north Ocean City, Maryland location gives you access to the best restaurants and entertainment in the Ocean City and Fenwick Island area.

This first floor walkup unit (5 steps) includes a dedicated parking space right in front of the building as well as ample on-street parking. The fully equipped kitchen offers a refrigerator with icemaker, electric range, microwave, dishwasher, and Keurig coffeemaker. Once you've left the gorgeous, wide beach for the day, you will want to relax in the comfortable and well-appointed living area. A comfy sofa (converts to a bed) and recliner are perfect for chilling with a glass of wine. Wifi and cable television are included for your enjoyment.

Relax and watch the sunrise from your comfortable pillowtop queen-sized Master bedroom bed. A private Master bathroom provides privacy and comfort. The generously sized guest bedroom provides two additional and very comfortable double beds. A second full bathroom is provided for guests and the second bedroom. A laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer is located in the unit. A foot wash and shower is located at the corner of the building so you can wash off the sand when returning from the beach.

The Summersea condominium is located just next to the 137th Street beach access. This is my home away from home and has been designed to be comfortable and relaxing. I hope you will enjoy!

September mini week

This unit is in a quiet area with plenty of side roads for walking. The condo is actually quite roomy and feels bigger than pictured. Laurie is a well organized host and the unit is well stocked and nicely decorated. I love when I stay in a unit and it feels comfortable and that is exactly how I felt here. It is a nice bright unit as well and furnished with plenty of lights and mirrors. It is steps from a beautiful, quiet beach. It was a great place to stay.

Beautiful Beach Condo

The condo has everything a family needs for a beach stay. It is clean and well maintained. The view is beautiful and such an easy short walk to the beach access. The beds are comfy and the shower tile is adorable. Laurie was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. The AC and fans are powerful and kept the unit comfortable and cool. It is decorated tastefully and cute. Loved having a washing machine in the unit. We hated to leave and hope we can get back soon!

Lovely OC beach condo!

We had the best time at this beach home! The condo was clean, updated and comfortable. We felt right at home! The rooms are spacious and views are beautiful. The condo was also pretty quiet during our stay. The location is ideal - close to many restaurants and activities. It was a short drive to the Thunder Lagoon water park which the kids loved. The host was very responsive and very accommodating with our trip. We will definitely consider this condo next summer! Thank you so much!

Pre-Vacation

We (my husband, myself and son-in-law's parents) booked this property for a pre-vacation before our kids and their families joined us for a full week at another house. Communication was great. Laurie was always friendly and quick to respond. Alot of info of the area was shared re: things to do, places to eat, happy hours... When we walked in, everything was spotless and smelled great! Furniture was nice and comfortable as well as the beds. Location is great with easy to the beach. They offer one parking spot, but never had a problem finding additional parking on the street. Overall, we had a great time and look forward to coming back.

Cozy Home with Perfect Beach Access

Laurie's property was a dream! The beach access is unbeatable and having the balcony was the perfect way to enjoy the beach privately. Her spot was clean, cozy, and beyond comfortable. You can tell how much she loves her second home, making it feel like we were staying at our family's home. Laurie's open communication and helpfulness made her an excellent host and we would love to return in the future.

You always worry if beds will be comfy and omg they were! Very accommodating but could use more hooks and such to help hang bags and or clothes/towels . Had a wonderful time whiling staying. Would definitely do again :)

Great location away from the crowds

Great experience! We just returned home and would definitely stay here again. We are a family all about the beach and relaxation and this is the place. Right next to beach access, comfy beds and sofa and plenty of space to spread out.

Fabulous OCM experience

This condo was a perfect location just steps from the beach! The condo was well equipped w all the essentials that a family might need/want. It was a great family oriented location in close proximity to restaurants, mini golf, etc. and not too overly busy like the boardwalk area. Would definitely stay again!
