It’s fully furnished; available for long term rental (min 3 months).
Incredible natural light and pure Notting Hill vibes abound in my charming penthouse corner flat. Take in unimpeded rooftop views from the terrace, admire eclectic design accents collected from around the globe, and set out to explore the cool neighborhood.
Situated on a quiet road (Blenheim Crescent) yet at the heart of Notting Hill, you’re just a short stroll from popular Portobello Road. The infamous bookshop and “blue door” from the Notting Hill movie are a couple of blocks away and within walking distance of Hyde Park. With Ladbroke Grove station 5 minutes from the home, the rest of London is just a Tube or bike ride away.
Cook up dinner or breakfast to enjoy on the roof terrace (a rare find for apartments in this postcode) or use the bbq or try out one of the many local restaurants. This city pad is a great choice for a couple or solo traveller wanting easy access to the capital.

-5 min walk to Virgin gym & great public pool
- Next to Santander bike stand
** Please note! As per listed, period London properties there is no lift/elevator or AC. There is a washing machine but no dishwasher.
I love this space and use the terrace as an extra room (it has an awning) for eating/outdoor cinema/yoga etc.

I've lived in quite a few different countries so when I came back to London and bought my first place it was really important that it was in a fun, well-connected yet quiet location and full of light. It is compact but well designed making great use of the space accented with some designer furniture and quirky finds from my travels.

If you want to be in the heart of Notting Hill, yet away from the crowds, the apartment is in the ideal spot. Whether you're into food & drink, art, fashion, music, wellness/sport, there are so many options just on the doorstep. I love living here - there are so much interesting things to do just on my doorstep.
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
I bought the apartment because of the abundance of natural light which is so important to me. But maybe my favourite part is the flower-filled roof terrace which is super rare in London especially as it is not overlooked. I often have a quick breakfast there, even in winter.
Just so you're aware: the apartment is in a preservation zone so as with most period buildings in London there is no elevator/lift of AC.
