Villa Helios Evreti - Three Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 6

Villa Helios Evreti is hewn into the hillside just outside the pretty hamlet of Evreti on the north east side of Kefalonia, just south of FIskardo. In an area of stunning beauty the verdant green hillside sweeps down to the channel between Kefalonia and neighbouring Ithaca with a perfect view of Panayia islet.
Beautiful traditional Kefalonian architecture outside and comfortable elegant interiors, the ground floor living/dining room open out onto the pool terrace and enjoys the beautiful views, whilst the kitchen is on a split level up a few steps. There is a brick built bbq provided so you can cook and eat al fresco and enjoy the beautiful setting.
Villa Helios Evreti is next door to Villa Astria so could be rented together for a large group of up to 17 guests.

Important Information - This property contains large gaps in the internal staircase railings. Please ensure children remain supervised at all times.
Please note, as can be seen in the images, this villa is in a hilly/mountainous area, and sits in an elevated position. To access the villa there is a path which is 94cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 83cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 90cm wide. There is 1 step down to access the patio area. The terrace and poolside is made up of crazy paving, which can be uneven in places. The pool itself has ladder access. Inside, there are multiple steps and levels. There is 1 step up to the kitchen, 6 steps down to the ground floor bedroom, 6 steps down into the living room, and 1 step down to the patio level. There are 10 steps to the first floor, where the bedroom door is 81cm wide. The ensuite door is 66cm wide, however the gap bedroom the bed and the wall is narrow at 50cm. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 100cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 100cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
