Villa Elia is a beautiful two-story 3 bedroom private villa with marvellous and unobstructed views of the open Ionian sea. The traditional stone and wood built exterior matches perfectly the stylish and contemporary interior. The highlight of Villa Elia is the original stone built exterior dinning and BBQ area that has survived the earthquake of 1953 and still standing transferring you to that era while enjoying your meal!
The private outdoor pool overlooking the Ionian sea will certainly spoil you and the pool-side facilities such as sun loungers, parasols and side tables will help you to relax and make the most out of the Kefalonian welcoming sun!
The nearest beach and amenities, as well as the lively and popular harbour at Fiskardo, are all within a short drive.

Villa Description:
One of the the features that makes Villa Elia unique, is the beautiful exterior dining area. To one side of the villa there are the ruins of an original Kefalonian traditional stone house that are still standing proudly, reminding us our past and welcoming us to admire it! It has been partially restored and has been converted into a dinning area with a traditional brick BBQ and a large, covered wooden complete dining set. An old vine maker and oven are also been saved nowadays!
Villa Elia also stands out due to the large private pool that is just couple of steps away. The views to the North coast of Kefalonia and the Ionian Sea from the pool area are truly amazing and watching the sun diving into the sea at sunset will be a magnificent experience.

The gorgeous stone built Villa Elia will take your breath away as soon as you pull into the gated driveway. Secure parking spaces are also available.

Through the front door you are getting into the main living area which has comfortable seating set around the flat screen TV and ornamental fireplace, a dining table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary kitchenware and electrical appliances. It has beautiful stone floors and open stonework walls with large patio doors opening onto the pool terrace.

Villa Elia has 3 bedrooms, one on the ground floor and two on the first floor.
On the ground floor, is the twin bedroom and a separate shower room.
Stairs by the dining area lead up to the remaining bedrooms on the first floor.
On the first floor, there is a double bedroom with a small balcony and views over the hills and surrounding village, and a bathroom with a bath and separate shower cubicle on the left of the hall.
On the right is a larger double bedroom with a vaulted ceiling and an en-suite bathroom. Patio doors open onto a balcony with stunning scenic views.

Air-condition units are installed throughout the villa. Free unlimited WiFi broadband internet access is also available free of charge.Satellite TV service with several English speaking channels is also available.

Linens and towels are provided and will be changed twice per week. Pool towels are also provided. House keeping and cleaning service is also twice per week.
