The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, four induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a shower room with a bidet and WC on this level.

On the upper floor, you will find three additional bedrooms. The first room has a French bed (160 cm wide and 200 cm long), a shower/WC, satellite TV, and air conditioning, with access to a balcony.
