This reverse-level home has a first-floor open-plan lviing space with a kitchen with electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dining seating for four and a sitting area with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The ground-floor hosts a double with en-suite and a twin (zip/link) bedroom with en-suite. Outside, there is off-road parking and a private garden with furniture. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Apologies, no pets and no smoking. Within 1.8 miles there is a shop with within 2.6 miles, a pub. Joiners Cottage is a wonderful base for exploring Yorkshire. Please note: this property can not accept bookings starting on s Sunday.

York is full of history and culture and has many attractions. York Minster is a Gothic cathedral with centuries of history. The York Shambles is a narrow cobblestone street lined with old buildings, and The York Dungeon is a historical must-see.
