Ground floor apartment on a quiet street in Shepherd's Bush. With a lovely peaceful garden for you to enjoy in the summer. Spacious living area with leather sofas and smart TV, modern kitchen and bathrooms.

Less than a ten minute walk from Shepherd's Bush market and Goldhawk road underground stations.

My home is close to O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire, Westfield shopping centre and QPR stadium. It is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
The space
Spacious living area with leather sofas and smart TV. The sofa folds down into a sofa bed, suitable for one adult or two small children.

With modern kitchen and two bathrooms, giving you the choice of bath or shower.


* Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
* Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys - please be careful with them
* The property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access.
* The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.
*Mid-stay cleaning sessions/linen can be organised on request for additional charge
*We provide single-use toiletries for the first two day of your stay


House Rules
- Parties are strictly prohibited
- Smoking at the property is not allowed
- Extra guests are not allowed
- Respect for neighbours is highly appreciated. Keep the noise down, especially after 10pm.
- Please use indoor shoes/slippers, if possible
- This is your home in London, please care for it as such
- Please make sure to lock the door and all the windows when leaving the property
- Babycot is available upon request, and an additional charg of £50 will apply if you were to hire

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
