Located on the pedestrian seafront of Levante, this charming terraced house apartment offers a unique holiday just a few steps from the sea. Access is through a lovely small back garden equipped with an outdoor shower. The apartment has a bright living room with access to the sea-view terrace equipped for outdoor dining and sheltered by an awning, kitchenette equipped with oven/stove, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, two bedrooms overlooking a private garden, one with double bed and one with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and window (the bathroom was completely renovated in 2024). The apartment also offers free WiFi, a washing machine and a reserved parking space in the private courtyard at the back.





The area is quiet and away from busy roads, ideal for a relaxing holiday and convenient for reaching the main attractions. Don\'t miss the opportunity to live a unique experience in this beautiful apartment with all the comforts for an unforgettable holiday.
