The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size with TV, walk-in wardrobe, and en-suite shower, a double with TV and en-suite, and a bunk room with TV and en-suite. Outside there is a front patio with furniture and bike storage, an elevated patio with furniture, and off-road parking for 2 cars. One well-behaved small-medium-sized dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 0.4 miles, a pub in 0.2 miles, and Lake Windermere in 1.3 miles. Chestnuts Cottage is a fabulous base to explore Windermere and the Cumbrian countryside.
