The property commands stunning panoramic vistas from its enviable hillside position having the Fortezza fortress, Rethymno town, White Mountains and Vrysinas mountain in front of your eyes. The estate is floating 200 meters above sea level, so wherever your eyes wander, you are flooded with the blue of the horizon, sky and sea. Here you’ll be far from the madding crowd, but at the same time just a 4 Km drive from the popular Old Town of Rethymno and its golden sandy beach. Being equally close to the main road, guests will cherish the opportunity of exploring and moving around the island. Once being a family home, our goal at Villa Heora is to treat our visitors as our guests, to create a relaxing and highly enjoyable holiday experience and hopefully allow them to create their own unforgettable memories. All in all, Villa Heora offers the perfect place to enjoy an intimate and private holiday in the Cretan countryside and once one has arrived it really is difficult to leave this magical destination.Interior LayoutVilla Heora offers a total of 600 square meters of airy living spaces with 9 spacious and stylish bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, split across three storeys, accommodating 20 guests in beds and 2 more if that is necessary in the playroom sofa and one extra bed in of the large rooms. All floors are connected by an elevator, big enough for a wheelchair as well, facilitating your movement inside the Residence. The open-plan interiors of this elegant residence are quite impressive, decorated in a minimal yet cosy style, superbly furnished and equipped with marvelous tactile fine fixtures and fittings that provide a flawless yet restful ambience.Pool LevelThe ground level features 5 en-suite bedrooms, one of them as 1 master bedroom that can accommodate restricted mobility guests, featuring its own kitchenette and en-suite bathroom and there is also one large bedroom divided in two spaces the first with a double bed and the other a bunk bed . All 5 bedrooms provide direct access to the pool area, A/C, wall mounted 32’’ smart TVs, wardrobes and ensuite bathrooms with shower cabins. Three of the bedrooms offer the possibility to be set up either as 2 single beds or 1 King size bed (1,80 x 2,00), while the other two bedrooms offer a Queen size bed (1,60 x 2,00) each. One of the bedrooms (bedroom No6) is divided in two spaces where you have one double bed and one bunk bed.The specially designed playroom with 60’’HDTV and other divertissements including Netflix, PS5, bluetooth speaker, sofa, coffee table and table for 6 for your board games nights, is the perfect spot to spend some quality time with your loved ones. There’s even a designated area for children to play with low tables and floor pillows, as well as a second kitchenette with mini fridge for your refreshments!The gym overlooking the pool, equipped with a treadmill, static bike, multi purpose gym apparatus, yoga mat sand dumbbells, is waiting for you when you feel the need to exercise.Finally, the laundry room with washer and dryer and a WC next to the playroom are also at the disposal of our guests on the pool level.First FloorThe first floor is home to the main living area boasting a 55’’smart TV, fireplace and ample seating space. Play a game of pool with your friends or enjoy a drink at the large veranda with a dining table for 20, hanging chair and outdoor living room under the pergola or the second veranda with pergola exiting to the garden.On the first floor there is also one bedroom with one double bed and en-suite bathroom.The gourmet kitchen equipped with a breakfast island counter for 4, branded built-in appliances and adjacent indoor dining table for 12 is a cook’s dream. Let your talent skills unfold and impress everyone!Second FloorThe second level hosts the remaining three bedrooms, one with its own en-suite bathroom with bathtub. All bedrooms have balconies with stunning views, individual climate control, 32’’ smart TVs and wardrobes. Two of the bedrooms offer the possibility to be set up either as 2 single beds or 1 King size bed (1,80 x 2,00), while the last one is equipped witha Queen size bed (1,60 x 2,00).Finally, a family bathroom with bathtub is also available and can be shared between the two bedrooms.Roof terraceA last set of steps will lead you to the roof terrace with unobstructed, endless, breathtaking views, from almost every angle, as far as Psiloritis Mountain.Exterior LayoutWith its phenomenal amount of space, even larger groups will still have the luxury of enjoying the outdoor areas of the villa on one of the numerous relaxation spots, by the heated pool or in the beautifully landscaped lush gardens. The delicate scents of the many plants and flowers create a perfectly peaceful atmosphere in the villa's surrounds. Outside your amenities include a sensational 55 m2 heated infinity pool, with step access, the perfect place to contemplate those unobstructed views. The swallows passing by the pool for a sip of water will be a sight you will adore.Relax on the luxurious outdoor furniture while sipping a soothing drink. You can choose from the numerous lounging spots, including but not limited to 16 sun beds, a double day bed, 2 chaise longues, 2 bean bag chairs, 2 separate outdoor sitting areas with sofas, armchairs and coffee tables. An outdoor WC and outdoor shower and are also available for your outmost comfort.The children can play in the lawn covered areas and the playground, while you challenge a loved one to a game of ping pong next to them.The fully equipped outdoor kitchen and BBQ facilities with charcoal grill, wood oven, gas burner for frying, professional gas grill, mini fridge, dishwasher and sink takes al fresco dining to a whole new level, while the outdoor dining area for 20 guests underneath the shade of the mulberry trees, is the perfect spot to enjoy your meals.Don't forget to switch off and unwind under the big oak tree, which will host you in its shade.
