Antonio's Penthouse in Residential Azahares
The penthouse is located in Residencial LOS AZAHARES in Denia is a cosy and comfortable complex, very quiet and familiar. It is very well communicated with the centre of Denia at only 500m and many services (CONSUM and LIDL SUPERMARKETS) at only 50 metres.
LOS AZAHARES is a beautiful complex with large gardens and swimming pools for adults and children, with mini golf, jacuzzi with beautiful views of the Montgo and Paddel.
The residential is located in a fenced and secure area, with access control, making it the ideal place to live all year round or during your holiday periods.
The property is distributed on one floor and has two large terraces with different orientations (NORTHEAST and SOUTHWEST). With spectacular views to the Montgó and residential area. The northeast facing terrace ensures morning sun, the southwest facing rear terrace has sun the rest of the day, there is a large terrace area where you can install a BBQ or outdoor kitchen. Both terraces have domotic awnings with cassette system for greater durability.
From the terraces we access the living room well equipped and comfortable with sofa and furniture of design and quality, as well as SMART TV, air conditioning. Next to the living room we find the entrance hall, with access to the bathroom, completely renovated with modern shower and designer bathroom furniture.
From the living room there is access to the bright and modern fully equipped independent kitchen with access to the southwest facing terrace. One guest bedroom has a trundle bed with two 90cm x 190cm beds and the master bedroom has a 150cm bed. Both bedrooms have wardrobes.
The property has a parking space In front of the residential it is usually easy to park.

Denia is situated four hours from Madrid by car and one hour from Valencia and Alicante, on the Mediterranean coast.
Nearest airports - Alicante and Valencia are 1 hour away on the AP7 motorway.
From the AP7 take exit 62 Ondara/Denia/Javea towards Denia.
From Denia take the Las Marinas road to Km 3.5.
ACTIVITIES AND ATTRACTIONS
The sun and the sea obviously create countless possibilities for leisure, relaxation or activity. From doing nothing to :
golf, swimming, sailing, boat trips, horse riding, hiking, going out for a drink, seeing photography and painting exhibitions, listening to live music, tasting the excellent and varied gastronomy, cycling, renting jet skis, relaxing, taking care of yourself, reading and listening to the waves, watching the sunrise in Denia, buying fresh fish from the fish market, watching your family and friends swim in the pool from the terrace.

Daily excursions to Ibiza and back on the same day. Excursions tourist route with the trenet (train) that goes around the seaport, marineta casiana, up to the castle, etc.
Denia Castle and museum. Gastronomic route along Loreto street, famous for its typical tapas.
Very close to our accommodation there are bicycle rentals, jet skis, kayaks, diving equipment, next to the marina, a few km. you will find horse riding centres, golf, kart track, surf school, drive-in cinema, and the multitude of services and activities that Denia has to offer.
It is situated 1 km from the centre of Denia, the beach and the marina and 8 km from La Sella Golf Club.
