This spacious second-floor holiday apartment (with lift) for 3 guests is within easy reach of the beach and various restaurants, bars, nightclubs and supermarkets making it the ideal base to enjoy a carefree vacation. The retreat features a small balcony, with private open-air dining, and is the perfect spot for enjoying a quiet breakfast or an aperitif at the end of the day. Alternatively, guests can relax right on the premises in the massive shared pool of the complex.

Inside the airy, open-plan living space with air-conditioning looks out to the balcony through large sliding glass doors. Guests can also enjoy a flat-screen digital TV and a comfortable sofa, alongside a fully-equipped, eat-in kitchen with a breakfast bar and every essential kitchen appliance including; a fridge with freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave and American-style coffee machine.

Bedroom: The master bedroom features a double bed, balcony access, air conditioner and wardrobe.
Extra: There is a double sofa bed in the living room for 1 guest.
Crib available on request (to avoid choking risks we do not provide sheets or pillows for the crib).

Nestling to the west of the famous Cap d\'Antibes, on the French Riviera between Nice and Cannes (30-40 minutes drive) Juan-les-Pins is known for its vibrant nightlife and seafront promenade (10-minute walk) lined with smart outdoor eateries and fashionable boutiques. Your apartment enjoys an ideal location for holidays and directly overlooks the famous Place de la Pinede in Juan-les-Pins, where every year the Jazz Festival. It is also close to the sandy beaches and all the entertainment of the centre of Juan les Pins, with its many shops, restaurants, nightclubs and casinos.

Additionally, the resort is a 10-minute drive away from its Eastern neighbour Antibes the home of The Picasso Museum, the botanical gardens of Villa Thuret and the substantial Exflora Park with its Mediterranean and Islamic Gardens. Beyond Antibes, guests can also explore the fascinating underwater world of Marineland and some of the most scenic coastlines in France. The closest international airport is Nice, approximately a 30-minute car ride away meanwhile the Juan-Les-Pins train station is just 10 minutes on foot from here. The nearest supermarket is just a 5-minute walk from here.
