Bilo Grecale are apartments for 4 guests in a recently-built complex that is only 30 meters away from the sea in Casalabate, picturesque and lively seaside loaction on the Adriatic coast near Lecce.
The apartments are on the third floor of the complex, equipped with exceptional view on the sea and accessories such as air conditioning, smart tv, internet, washing machine, electric oven, hair-dryer, iron and ironing board. Each apartment has a balcony with view on the sea.

The
two Bilo Grecale are reachable by stairs from the ground floor of the
complex, accessible from a gate. Moreover, on the ground floor there is a
reserved but not covered parking.
Bilo Grecale consist of a living room with double sofa bed and open kitchen, 1 double bedroom, corridor and 1 full bathroom. The air conditioning is in the living room and bedroom.

The two Bilo Grecale are on the third floor of a  recently-built complex in Casalabate, in a quiet area only 30 meters away from the sea and 150 meters away from the city centre with services.
In Casalabate there are the main services such as cafè, ice-cream parlors, restaurants, supermarket, shops and playground, a small harbor and a picturesque weekly market every Sunday..
The long beaches with high dunes, scented by Mediterranean scrub, are partly free, but there are some beach establishments. The sea is crystal clear and the beaches are soft and enriched by seashells.


- Self check-in instructions will be sent by mail or wsapp.
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
