The Water Mill is close to the North Cornwall coast, Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor on the banks of the River Tamar. Peaceful and quiet with beautiful gardens to relax in, grazing for horses, fishing in the Tamar, picturesque countryside to explore and numerous places to visit nearby. The grade 2 listed Water Mill can sleep two and consists of a lounge with wood burner, a sleeping area, modern kitchen, with dining area and a bathroom.

Hosted by Steve and Jackie Mansfield
Steve, retired and married to Jackie. We live in the Millers House next to the Watermill with our two Flat Coated Retrievers. We also have two horses which we compete at various events. We enjoy walking, traveling and good wholesome food! Also keen skiers.
Why they chose this property
The watermill is set in 20 acres and is surrounded by typical Rural scenes. It’s an ideal place to unwind with peace and quiet abounding. Formal gardens,fields ,woods and river frontage to walk and relax.
