87 Strawberry Hill, Tolroy Manor

87 Strawberry Hill is a holiday home set within the leafy grounds of Tolroy Manor. Just over a mile from Hayle with its bustling shops, fabulous restaurants, lido, cafes and stunning stretch of sandy surf beach, 87 Strawberry Hill offers comfortable accommodation for up to six guests.

With three bedrooms (one double and two twins), downstairs and upstairs bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen, living room, dining room and outdoor seating looking on to a leafy green, 87 Strawberry Hill is suitable for families or friends to gather and enjoy the sights and sounds of West Cornwall.

Just a short drive away is the picturesque town of St Ives, historical Penzance and the South West Coastal Path which runs from Hayle Estuary to Godrevy lighthouse. The area is popular all year round with water sports enthusiasts, walkers and beach lovers alike.

Tolroy Manor offers on site facilities such as indoor pool, children's playground, shop and laundry.

Kitchen - Well equipped with an electric oven, hob, fridge with freezer box, microwave, toaster and kettle.
Living Area - With a TV, two sofas and an armchair.

Bedroom 3 - Twin room with a bedside lamp and storage.
Shower Room - With a shower, basin and WC.

First Floor:
Bedroom 1 - With a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Two bedside table and two bedside lamps. Double doors which open on to a balcony.
Bedroom 2 - Twin room with a bedside tables and lamps, plus a chest of drawers.
Bathroom - With a shower, basin and WC. Storage trunks and hanging rails for towels.

Our office is located at Riviere Towans, which is within a couple of miles of Tolroy Manor, and we are open 9am-5pm Monday - Saturday and 9am-1pm on Sundays. EV Charging
There are two EV charging stations located on the Tolroy Manor park. These are shared use and are accessible and charged through the Monta Charge app.

The property is located on the Tolroy Manor Holiday Park on the southern edge of Hayle. About a mile from Hayle beach and its three miles of golden sands. The park is just a short drive to Hayle town, with both St Ives and Penzance nearby. Ideally situated to access all of West Cornwall's attractions.

Further afield
The beautiful West Cornwall countryside stretches beyond the manor grounds with quiet lanes, streams and hidden villages. Hayle itself is around 1 mile away, with its harbour, shops, restaurants and cafes. The beaches are accessible from Hayle, with parking at Harvey's Towans just beyond North Quay. Riviere Towans, Phillack Towans & Mexico Towans are all close by.

At Tolroy Manor you are a short drive from many well known places such as St. Ives, Penzance and Lands End. Many visitors enjoy not only the beautiful countryside and beaches but the picturesque fishing villages and historic sites West Cornwall has to offer.

For ocean enthusiasts, Hayle is a popular destination for surfers, kite surfers, paddle boarders and kayakers alike with great conditions for various water sports along St. Ives Bay.

For walkers, Hayle is located on a beautiful stretch of the South West Coastal path which runs from Hayle estuary all the way to Godrevy along the beach and dunes.

Cornwall has always been a favourite of artists, writers and film producers and its rugged coasts and beautiful coves have featured in numerous films and TV series most, recently the popular Poldark series.

Useful information
All the properties we manage are self-contained, self-catering. All the kitchen equipment you will require for your stay is provided in the property. All properties will include a microwave, TV, iron, heating to name but a few of the basics. A large number will also include washing machines but do check the property particulars above.

While it is unlikely during the summer season, the park at Tolroy Manor advises caution should be taken when there is a weather warning in place as the park is surrounded by trees and it is advisable to vacate the park during this period. In the unlikely event of an Amber weather warning or higher being issued for the period when you are due to stay, we are able to cancel your holiday with a full refund or move your reservation to a later date. If you choose to remain at the property this is your choice, and any risk you take is at your discretion.

Winter stay at Tolroy Manor (Late Oct - Late March):
Whilst ideally situated for exploring West Cornwall, please note the on site facilities such as shop, club, bar, restaurant, swimming pool and tennis courts at Tolroy Manor may not be open during this period. Please be aware this is also the main time for property renovations and refurbishment.
