VILLA LA RISA HOLIDAY HOME IN MORAIRA

This large Naja style villa with dutch owners is located in Moraira and has spectacular views over the sea. The private pool with slide offers ultimate relaxation and fun. With the various lounge areas, this villa is the place to completely relax. Enjoy a day of sun, sea and sand on the beach of Moraira (4 km) or visit the rocks of Calpe (8 km). End the day with a delicious home-cooked dinner on the barbecue on the enclosed private terrace.



LAYOUT VILLA LA RISA

This cozy villa is suitable for 10 persons. On the ground floor you will find the living/bedroom with a double bed, TV, sitting area and refrigerator. In addition, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and bidet. The first floor can be reached by an external staircase. On the upper floor you will find the kitchen, two bedrooms, living room and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, hob and kettle. From the kitchen you overlook the living room and you can walk to the spacious dining room. The cozy living room has a sitting area, fireplace, airconditioning, coffee table and TV. The bright dining room is the perfect place to start the day. It is has long windows and thus has an enchanting view of the sea. There are four bedrooms. Bedrooms 1,2 and 3 have a double bed and airconditioning. Bedroom 4 has a single bed, a bunk bed and airconditioning. The bathroom on the upper floor has a shower, sink and toilet. There is also a washing machine, a dryer and wifi in this villa. In Villa La Risa is a kinder cot, high chair and box available.



THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF VILLA LA RISA

Villa La Risa has a fenced garden and offers plenty of privacy. There is a private parking space available. From the balcony you can enjoy the phenomenal view while relaxing on the lounge set. Sunbathe on a sun lounger or take a dip in the private swimming pool, which also has a slide. Further in the garden is the partly covered terrace with barbecue. Here you can enjoy a nice home-cooked meal on the warm summer evenings.

For your information for bookings in 2025 and 2026:

In March 2025, construction began on a house next to Villa la Risa. Completion is scheduled for June 2026. There may be some noise disturbance during your stay in 2026. For stays up to and including May 2026, we have applied a 20% discount on our website. In August, there should be no noise disturbance from construction work in the region. PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Specifics

- Departure is allowed on any day of the week, however your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights between bookings. Ask us about the possibilities.

- We recommend renting a car at this destination.

– Electricity: 125 kWh per week is included. (additional consumption to be paid on site: € 0,40 per kWh, via meter). In winter electricity is not included (March-Nov.)

Deposit

Your stay is subject to a deposit of €350,-. The deposit must be paid well before the start of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.

To handle the processing of the deposit, we use Swikly, a secure online system that specializes in processing credit card deposits. You pay the security deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange your security deposit well in advance of your arrival. Debit is only made in case of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.



VRBO

If you book through the VRBO portal, the following costs are still payable in cash on the spot. These costs are not included in the rental amount yet:

Final cleaning: € 215

Towels: € 10 per person

Bedsheets: € 12.50 per person



STAY IN THE WINTER MONTHS

Villa La Risa is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is from November 1 to March 31. The villa is heated by a wood stove, electric plates and air conditioning with heat function. In the period from November to March, the rent is € 2500 per 4 weeks. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with interim cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels required. The winter rates are exclusive of interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, costs for heating, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee. Information regarding the regulations in the Valencia/Costa Blanca region:

Stays equal to or less than 10 nights are considered tourist rentals. A stay of equal to or more than 11 nights is considered a short-term rental in accordance with the law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract before arrival.
