Relax with friends and family at this charming single level home, a stones throw from the beaches at Selsey. There is a large garden for outdoor entertaining and alfresco dining. Come and see all that Chichester has to offer such as Chichester Harbour, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the large sandy beaches at West Wittering as well as some of the little gems such as Bosham village, Arundel Castle and the Roman town of Chichester, all a short drive away.

The space
The home is a charmingly decorated 1930s single level home with original features and a log burner. There is a large back garden perfect for playing and alfresco dining. As you enter there is a large front porch area as well as a comfortable desk area. You then enter into the cosy sitting room with smart TV and seating for 6. All the bedrooms are individually decorated. The master bedroom leads off from the sitting room and there is a further double bedded room and the children's room with two single beds. The kitchen diner is a great area to prepare a meal and and spend time together under the vaulted ceiling. From the dining area, walk onto the raised deck where there is a small bistro set, perfect for a morning coffee. The pretty garden has a large dining set, perfect for an alfresco dinner.

Guest access
Guests will have the entire home to themselves, with parking for up to three cars.

* Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am.
* Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys, and a fee of £50 for a call out if you are locked out.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
