Service restriction: The temperature values allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period for turning on the plants for the City of Florence is allowed from November 8 to April 7, for a maximum of 11 hours a day.
Pay attention to the house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a fee of 50 Euro will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (22:00 to 08:00), a payment of 100 EUR will be required. . City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights
