Charming independent terraced house on two floors, the kitchenette has a gas stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, pots and pans. Free outdoor parking, bills included. The comfortable living room has a television in Italian. Wi-Fi internet connection is available but not for large downloads.
Public outdoor parking, free 24-hour beach access. Supermarkets and restaurants within 1100 m serving local dishes and pizzas.
Aircon is only available in the bedroom.
Transfer to and from the airport available on request.
Check-in is from 18:00 or earlier if possible. Arrivals are welcome at any time. Check-out is by 10:00 on the day of departure.
Guests between 14 and 70 years old must pay one euro tourist tax upon arrival, for the first five nights of their stay.
The water slopes gently from the shore and is therefore suitable for small children, there are stones immediately behind the shore.
The beauty and freedom of Sardinia blend perfectly with a rich fauna, hills and mountains tell of millennia of civilization up to the present day. The sea of Sardinia stimulates everyone's imagination. The house is in an ideal position to visit most of the breathtaking landscapes of southern Sardinia.
